“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.“

“My first catering experience with Chicken Salad Chick will certainly not be my last. I placed a relatively small catering order (for just 10-12 guests) for delivery. The order was delivered on time and everything I requested was accounted for. However, Ms. Teresa, who delivered the order noticed that they failed to pack the shredded cheese for the cheddar broccoli soup. She brought it to my attention and said she would go get it and bring it back. I told her not to worry about it that I wasn't even expecting it and nobody would know the difference. Needless to say, she showed back up a short time later with the cheese. Now that is excellent customer service!!! Great food, timely service and the ultimate customer service makes Chicken Salad Chick in Greensboro the absolute best! And I must add that Teresa's friendly-professional attitude, willingness to go above and beyond, make her a priceless part of the Chicken Salad Chick team!“

“This location does a bang up job! Customer Service is on point and I’ve been in NC for almost 4 years and I am a Jersey girl. Although we have better sandwiches than Jersey Mike’s back home …. I have truly enjoyed my last three sandwiches from this establishment. Today I had the cheesesteak and it was excellent the bread was so fresh. Thus far, it’s the best sandwich I’ve had in NC & it will be my go to! Pisgah keep up the good work!!!“

“This place spot is the best! I have been to other locations; however, this one is my go-to place. Mainly because the staff is ALWAYS friendly and puts a smile on my face. Now, let's talk about food prep, every time on point because every knows ready to eat foods can't be handled with bare hands, thank you staff. I even noticed the hot food prep staff came up to assist and changed his gloves. Please note you should always change gloves after changing tasks, kudos staff. This place can get busy can you blame them it's where to be when you want the right sandwich(s). Made perfectly every time because they listen to how you want, and it's prepared without the impression you are asking for too much. Food made your way the right way every time. The staff handles the crowd with ease everyone's tone remain the same, you are acknowledged that you are in line it's just wonderful customer service hands down! I want to thank the staff/management/Owner for staying real people, having real conversations with all human beings. You are the definition of lead by example. The smile I have once I leave to enjoy what I know is going to be an amazing dance of flavor to my tastebuds is priceless.“

“I just moved here from Jacksonville, Florida about seven weeks ago. It’s a really stormy day. I’ve been sick for several days now. I’m finally got my appetite back and I ordered an Italian sub salt vinegar chips. I asked him to make it neat oil and vinegar on the side, pickles and onions and my whole package was so neat and so nice. My sandwich is so fresh. Pepsi is so cold. I am so thankful for the crew and the people that put this meal together for me. Thank you very much. You guys did very very very good job thank you.“

“I recently had an amazing experience at this sandwich shop! The food was delicious, and the customer service was simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. It was evident that the staff truly values teamwork.

“Haven't eaten at a penn station in over a decade. I grew up here and loved eating at the one on Battleground. We stopped in Greensboro on our way back from the beach for a bite. This was my kidS and finances first time eating here. We ordered the cheesebread, which was just awful. Way over seasoned with oregano and with no sauce to dip in just made it worse. The Cheesesteaks were fantastic as always and those fries are always top-notch. Wish they would bring one here to Greenville, SC!“

“They really pay attention to details! I did an online order for my teens because I was running late. The kids were being obnoxious so on one I wrote "Ungrateful Son" as the name and the other was "Tattletale". “My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. I'll definitely return but if it's not right next time, I may lower my rating.

“I love going to this subway there is a gentleman who works there during the weekdays every day and he is the coolest most professional quick courteous person I've ever met in fast food hell half the time when he sees me pull up he starts making my food because I get the same thing everytime and he remembers not just mine but multiple people's orders if could eat here everyday I would just to see the guy behind the counter

“The night manager there is amazing. I personally witnessed him turn the whole store around. I used to dread coming to this location but had to out of convenience. But then I started running into him and he was polite, hustled, and made me want to come back. As a few months went by the quality of the store, employees, and atmosphere vastly improved. I am extremely grateful for this night manager making my experience with this store great.“
