Manager was nice, I understand things come up, you have to tell corporate to update your alerts on the app. If you’re going to be behind, let the customers know.“

“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

“Used them twice for carry out to my son’s birthday parties just down the road at SportHQ. They are reliable, great value and delicious pizza! Pizzas were always ready on time and the staff is friendly. The kids love the cheese and pepperoni. I love getting the specialty pizzas — the taco pizza, buffalo chicken and the veggie (it has green olives which makes my midwestern roots super happy). Much better than chain pizza places.“

“The staff and management here is always welcoming, I have gotten to know quite a few of them on a first name basis and they are always friendly and kind. The food is excellent whether breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The drive-thru is quick and the dine in area is always clean. A nice less busy option to the one up the road in Beaver Creek (which is also a good location with polite staff).“

“I really like the new location in Cary,nc off of Tryon. it's a large restaurant with plenty of space. the employees were nice and friendly. the food was good. they have a nice patio for outdoor eating as well.“

“I rarely post reviews, but I felt I needed to after witnessing a recent interaction between a customer and the manager, Anam. The customer was essentially asking for double portions of everything without wanting to pay for it, claiming the bowl should be enough to feed two people. Anam handled the situation with professionalism and respect, despite the customer’s rude tone and demeanor.

In my experience, the portions at Mezeh are always generous — some people just expect double servings without paying for them. Like every business nowadays, Mezeh has to be cost-conscious, especially with rising food and ingredient prices. In my opinion, Mezeh consistently delivers fresh, high-quality meals that are both filling and flavorful. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the value is excellent. I’d truly hate to see this location close — they’re doing a fantastic job.“

“I have been going to this location for almost 24 years,& it is the best Panera I have ever been to all over the US. Panera has excellent menu selections of sandwiches, salads & soups - not a menu where you always get the same one or two things. I like the option to pick 2 of 3 items, (cup of soup, half sandwich, half salad). And, the bakery items (breads, bagels, pastries cookies...) are so delicious.“

“I picked up lunch for my office today and we were all very happy with our lunch selections. My Harvest salad was delicious and way more than I could eat (I saved half for dinner tonight!). As always, the french bread was crusty and flavorful, the perfect accompaniment to my salad. The broccoli & cheddar soup was also a huge hit. Super easy to order online and was ready at the front counter when I came in to pick it up.“

“I've only had 3 things from them, a cheesesteak (9/10), a thing with bacon (don't remember/10), and their bagels. All the bagels were great except for the assagio cheese one. it gave off almost radioactive fumes. if you have basic empathy, don't eat it in a car with closed windows with others in the car. Been inside panera 1 time and I don't remember how good it was but I'm sure it's better than popeyes“
