“North Banks is just consistently great, with a delicious and varied menu, solid bar, and super friendly staff. We love it here and it’s one of the few places we recommend to anyone visiting Corolla for the first time. Come expecting a wait during peak season, put your name on the list an hour or so before you want to eat, and kill time shopping in TimBuckII until your table is ready. It’ll be worth it.“

“Service: Milan is a very personable and knowledgeable waiter. We had an excellent meal, he guided us expertly through the menu and the specials. He made the evening very enjoyable. We will definitely return. Sunset, wine selection, excellent food, and top-notch service made for the perfect birthday celebration.“

“Ok this place wowed me. The servers were so friendly and the food was great! I was a little nervous with the location and broken sign but don’t let that worry you. Endless crab legs and an assortment of seafood and non will please everyone. We had 3 little kids and 4 adults and left fat and happy. Leave room for the homemade PB pie and key lime.“

“We decided to to go dinner here after shopping at Timbuck II, I am so glad we did. The food was PHENOMENAL! My husband got the daily special, it was the Honey Bourbon Pork Chop, I got the Scallops and Shrimp with Pesto Pappardelle, both meals 10/10! I got a mixed drink too, it was delicious. Service was great as well!!“

“We ate here on Friday Oct. 20. Bartender was super friendly. Highly recommend the clam chowder, best we've ever had. I had the Grouper special and it great. My wife had the Tuna, was super pleased, cooked perfect and not many places get it right. They did. Chef was great to talk to. She explained a lot as we sat at the bar waiting for our food. Backyard bar was our kind of place. The band had to cancel because of rain but It would have been a great place to see one. Will go back next time we are in Duck. Thanks for a great experience.“

“Great burgers! Wait staff was fantastic. They were also very accommodating for a shellfish allergy and used a pan on the grill and changed gloves, as to not cross contaminate.(kitchen is open, so I watched the process) Also the waiter immediately told me I wouldn’t be able to eat the fries due to cross contamination and subbed a salad for the same price. We will return on our next visit.“

“I am a huge fan of this restaurant. While it may not have the largest and most extensive of menus for an Indian restaurant, what they do have is very, very good. Among the appetizers, the bhel puri Is one of my favorite versions of that blend of flavors. The scallops pulse Is outstanding and my favorite seafood entrée. Among the vegetarian dishes the saag is good, but the baingan bharta and shamsavera kofta are my very favorites.
The two waitresses there are very kind and very helpful. The view is delightful.
Overall, I found it a wonderful experience, and was so happy to find some quality Indian food on the Outer Banks.“

“We used BJ's for catering our rehearsal dinner last week. I cannot say enough about the service and the food! Every one was raving about it for the whole week we were there. The service was impeccable. The guys stayed and set everything up, topped us off when needed and cleaned up when we were finished with eating. It was amazing! I can't thank them enough for everything!“
