“I have been to this establishment many times and after the service I received yesterday I wanted to post a review. The staff from management to the employees are beyond my expectations. They do their VERY BEST to ensure every customer is treated with most absolute professionalism. They take great pride and care with their customer service from every sale. If you want amazing quick service, to your catering THIS is the store you need to call. If you have a birthday party, or any sort of engagement that meets quick and easy food this is the place for you. I just wanted to put it out there that this establishment not only has great food, has an enjoyable atmosphere and to top of off their SANITATION rating is exceptional. The first thing I personally always look at is the sanitation score because that means they take great pride and care on making sure the place is clean and up to standards on food safety. “My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). “This is the only place to get a sub Subway is no place to go unless you like brown lettuce Rotten Tomatoes add them to weigh out your food on a scale to make sure they're not giving you too much meat I can eat Firehouse Subs all day long they are awesome but Subway is so stingy with their food that's really not getting what you pay for so I'm glad we have Firehouse if you really want to eat a good sub go to Firehouse“
