“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). “Young associate Fred was very polite and although we arrived late, we wanted tea and he was getting ready to dump the urns but still offered us the tea and then waited for us to be finished before he emptied the containers. The other associate seems aggravated we were there. They still had 30
minutes so wasn’t like it was 5 minutes before closing.Fred was so kind and did not make us feel rushed at all. He could have been aggravated with it being close to closing time but he just went about doing his other tasks until we were finished. That kind of treatment is so unexpected these days for. food service establishments. Thanks Fred. You made a difference. Hope you are there next time we come in and have the tea ready for us. It decided us eating there !!!“

“Ordered through the app, walked right in and picked it up. So easy!They actually got it right this time! Last time I ordered a salad, and discovered when we got home that it had no lettuce. A salad with no lettuce? I'll make my salads at home from now on, but my children like their subs for a quick meal occasionally.“

“My wife and I came in today, Lisa was the employee working. She was very nice and professional we were talking and she told us how she loved working there at Subway, and especially how great management was she said its like a big family there and that is great to hear all companies should be that way. Our subs she made were absolutely perfect. I normally go to other fast food restaurants but wanting to eat healthier is why we chose Subway. We definitely will be back and again Lisa was great.“

“I placed an online order through the app, and scheduled a pick up time for 12:30 PM. I showed up 15 minutes early, and the staff graciously made my order upon my arrival instead of making me wait. They were very friendly, and the sandwich (Hook and Ladder) was once again the best sandwich around.“
