“I like sweet and sour Zaxbys Boneless Wings. I am handicapp so I took advantage of the new Amazon Grubhub free delivery. I live 1.5 miles from the Mint Hill location and figured it will be delivered quick and hot, something I usually dont expect. My order was delivered very fast and was hot, but it was not what I ordered. Bone in Wings (traditional). came instead of the boneless ones. Grubhub driver had left, so I called the Mint Hill Zaxbys and a very nice employee answered and explained that I needed to call Grubhub, or go thru the "Somethings wrong with my order". Employee also said I could come and pick up a free order. I told them that I'm handicapped and its not an option. So, feeling left out to dry, I got my refund thru the order reciept and was looking for other lunch options, when my phone rang and it was Mint Hill Zaxbys calling me to ask how far I lived from the location, I said 1.5 miles. I mentioned i had got my refund and was getting rerady to look for lunch. I think it was the manager, she said politely that she would be glad to bring a hot order of sweet and sour boneless wings to me on the house! That was fantastic and one of the kindest gestures I have had in awhile. Thanks MInt Hill Zaxbys! BTW- Wings were fresh and yummy and the cheddar bites were crispy!“

“I love eating at Viva Chicken but disappointed at the portions are small compared to Viva Chicken in Charlotte uptown near Novant. I got the Viva Chicken Salad so I had to pay $3.90 extra for the amount of chicken I got in the picture there in addition to the salad. I also got the Naked Peruvian wrap with added $3.90 chicken which was ok but better than the salad. I spent almost $30 for two items. I splurge at times for special occasions but for the amount of chicken I got, I could have gotten a whole rotisserie chicken at Sam's club for a lot more to share with my family of 5.“

“As frequent online ordering, in conjunction with dine in service, my wife and I truly enjoy each and every dining experience at this location. The meals are well seasoned and cooked to perfection. It's great eating healthy food that taste this good. It's also a nice touch to not have a long wait whenever ordering online. Kudos to Nick and the staff for always enabling us to have a most enjoyable dining experience. Keep up the good work. You're the "BEST of the BEST"!!!!“

The food, not some things but it is everyone's taste, the orchata delicious.
The bad thing is the bathroom, you wait a lot and in the end sometimes you don't even use it because I had to see a person run to another restaurant next door... because they never vacated it.“

“Angeli is the sweetest, I had a big order for my shop and she was very helpful I unfortunately have a broken arm and she helped me carry the stuff to my car , give her a raise! The food was literally done within 10 minutes. I didn’t even get to finish up filling 6 cups of drink for each meal that I got. “I recently visited WrapWay and had an incredible meal called Sosilegx. I ordered the 4 chicken legs with rice and beans, sided with delicious Buffalo and Peruvian sauces, as well as a large pepperoni pizza. There was an amazing deal for all, very affordable prices for everyone. The food was absolutely amazing - flavorful, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. The staff were friendly and attentive, a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable dining experience. “Anytime I come by here, it never disappoint. I either get a chicken sandwich or 8ct nuggets (fried or grilled). It was very busy on the day went and wanted to try something different, so I got a chicken deluxe sandwich (without bun and cheese) on a lettuce wraps which was good.“

“I got to this cfa all the time and the food is always so good and the service is always amazing! Today I pulled up for my mobile order and my car started smoking from under the hood. Luckily two guys working at CFA were there to help me and check around under the hood. “This is by far the best KFC I have been into. The chicken is fresh, juicy, tender, and their oil always making the chicken golden color and crispy.Staffs are super friendly, and its a treat to go to this location.We have been going there for years. Mostly to go and sometimes dining in with kids.“

“Visited this location, the service was friendly as expected but they forgot all my salad toppings and sauces and silverware so had to come back around to get it. The banana pudding milkshake is really good if you like banana pudding, definitely would recommend.

“Haven’t read all the reviews to check out the other experiences, but this one was hands down top of the line. This should be what fast food is about.
Me and my kids showed up at 8 o’clock on a Monday night. No cars in line at the drive-through. We placed 4 meal orders for the four of us… Ordering took longer than the transaction at the window plus the delivery of the food. As soon as I pulled up the window to pay,… we were pretty much handed our food. Everything was surprisingly hot and correct! I mean all within 45 seconds. Literally sat in the parking lot and ate it Because everything was just that good.
So kudos to the staff working this night at this location at roughly 8 o’clock Monday, January 20, 2025. You probably won’t give them a raise, but give them something!“
