“I like sweet and sour Zaxbys Boneless Wings. I am handicapp so I took advantage of the new Amazon Grubhub free delivery. I live 1.5 miles from the Mint Hill location and figured it will be delivered quick and hot, something I usually dont expect. My order was delivered very fast and was hot, but it was not what I ordered. Bone in Wings (traditional). came instead of the boneless ones. Grubhub driver had left, so I called the Mint Hill Zaxbys and a very nice employee answered and explained that I needed to call Grubhub, or go thru the "Somethings wrong with my order". Employee also said I could come and pick up a free order. I told them that I'm handicapped and its not an option. So, feeling left out to dry, I got my refund thru the order reciept and was looking for other lunch options, when my phone rang and it was Mint Hill Zaxbys calling me to ask how far I lived from the location, I said 1.5 miles. I mentioned i had got my refund and was getting rerady to look for lunch. I think it was the manager, she said politely that she would be glad to bring a hot order of sweet and sour boneless wings to me on the house! That was fantastic and one of the kindest gestures I have had in awhile. Thanks MInt Hill Zaxbys! BTW- Wings were fresh and yummy and the cheddar bites were crispy!“

It's great eating healthy food that taste this good. It's also a nice touch to not have a long wait whenever ordering online. “We placed a very large order to be ready for noon on a Saturday. We arrived at 11:50 and were told the order would be ready at noon. It was nearly 12:20 before we were able to leave with the order. It was expected at the office at 12:15.
The food was hot and tasty but it was frustrating that it wasn’t ready when it was called in days in advance.“

“I recently visited WrapWay and had an incredible meal called Sosilegx. I ordered the 4 chicken legs with rice and beans, sided with delicious Buffalo and Peruvian sauces, as well as a large pepperoni pizza. There was an amazing deal for all, very affordable prices for everyone. The food was absolutely amazing - flavorful, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. “This location is in the Whole Foods Plaza on Providence Rd. I ordered through the drive through, but our food was not ready when we got to the window, but our drinks were. We were instructed to park in a pick up spot with our hazard lights on and someone would bring out the food. We waited about 5 minutes. The food was good, but they only gave us 4 sauces for 3 orders of chicken minis, we had 10 count and 2 4 count. I asked for a frosted coffee but was g8ven an ice coffee. I went inside and they gave me the right drink. Prices were reasonable, considering the cost of everything is going up.“

“The quality, service, and atmosphere are good. The flavor of the chicken is unique. I liked it when paired with the slaw and pickles but not on its own. I usually don’t like slaw but it works well on the sandwich. I ate mine with honey mustard 10/10. I’m not obsessed but it is pretty good.“

“Unlike the other reviews, we had a great experience starting with the young lady who was the cashier to the quality of the food. Let me name that we rarely eat KFC, (maybe a half dozen times, at most, in the past 22 years that we’ve lived here) and so, I’m legitimately giving credit where credit is due. The only negative was the biscuits. They could use some improvement in terms of the way they are mixed and the taste. All in all, 5/5.“
