“I have never had bad service or bad food here. Yes, they have great hotdogs (my favorite in the area), but DO NOT forget about their burgers! Fries are ok, but that's like most places. If you use the drive-thru, pull right up to the window to order unless someone is taking orders outside during busy times in the drive-thru line. It may take a minute waiting in line on the fresh food, but it's worth it.“

“So this was a amazing experience. I got the raspberry swirl and had to go get another it was so amazing. They are $4.49 but it is worth every penny. Sadly this is only a seasonal item. Dear biscuitville if you are reading this please make raspberry swirls not seasonal and avaliable in all states not just the Carolinas. They are that amazing.“

“First time trying Culver’s after seeing lots of hype. Delicious!! Absolutely worth it not being super close by, burgers are S tier and you can’t go wrong with the cheese curds or crinkle cut fries. Concrete mixer shake was so good!! We will definitely be back, curbside pickup was friendly and quick.“

“This little grill is located in a Mobile Station/Convenience Store. This is strictly a take out spot where you can view their offerings cafeteria style. There is plenty of parking available to the left side of the store. I ordered the Ox Tail plate which comes with rice, pigeon peas, shredded cabbage, and sweet plantains. I also tried the Cod Fritter. The order was complete in around 10 minutes since all that was required was to place the already cooked items in a take out container. The Ox Tail was excellent - falling off the bone tender with a lot of flavor. As always with this dish, there are small bones as well as the large ones, and there will be some small area of gristle, so some caution is required as you eat. The rice, peas, cabbage mixture and the plantains were all very good, though a bit under seasoned for my tastes - some salt and a bit of hot sauce cured that up quickly. I didn't care for the well sized fritter, there was no flavor and it was rather greasy. The cost was $18, and while there was a lot of food (take out container was packed full), most of it was the rice, peas, etc. The ox tail was not overly abundant. The service was great, pleasant and efficient. I will come back to try the Goat Curry, Jerk Chicken, and the Fish Stew. Ambiance - 2 (as you would expect) Food - 4 Service - 4.5 Value - 3“

“Came in to this one to try and buy some new key chain for my gfs bday. Guy at the counter gave a very warm and kind greeting. They stopped selling them and I didn’t know. The man behind the counter took his own key chain of his own keys and gave it to me. This is what chicfila is all about. Big shout out to the guy working at about 5:30 on 12/28. You are the man.“

“I don’t normally write reviews but today when I went in the store, my daughter threw a whole fit because we are both super tired and the staff treated us so well their food is always amazing. I will always pay that price. They gave my daughter a cookie and a bag of chips to help calm her down And I cannot be more thankful for the staff in the store and how they treat us. “Every time I come here they forget a side. I usually come with my 2 kids and myself. I get meals for all 3 of us. Every single time I’ve been here they forget one of our sides (fries, fruit, or parfait). Other than that the food is great, service is great. Just make sure to check your bag before driving off.“

“We were finally able to dine inside after the renovations and complete make over of this location. The drive thru is always quick and efficient. We wanted to see what the inside looked like. It’s a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The counter/ordering area is smaller but as usual they are very quick at greeting you and taking your order. The dining area is smaller even though they took out the children’s play area. I imagine that they needed more room for the drive through since that’s where they are the busiest. The dining area is warm and homey. As expected our dining experience was great. After placing our order food was brought to our table in a timely fashion. They constantly check to see if you need anything and refill your drinks. Food is always great. We had the breakfast bowl with sausage and a side of hash browns. I would have like some more egg in it as it seemed very sparse. We were not disappointed.“

Once it's cooked-if your ingredients are not on there little list and I don't get on it. “I really dislike all fast food restaurants. I will admit that if I had to pick the best it would be Chick-fil-A. The food is consistently well made, the service is always above average, and the atmosphere is always positive. It is just nice to see that there are a few companies left in the service industry that understand how they make their $. They treat their customers with respect and take pride in the product they serve. Kudos to the company from the top down. And I would like to say Thanks for appreciating me as a customer.“

“I visited on Tuesday, June 7 at 9:15 pm and had an extremely pleasant experience. The store employee, Abel, was patient and friendly when taking my order. He clarified the specifics of my order and then repeated everything back to me for each meal to ensure he heard everything correctly. When I got to the window, Abel was extremely pleasant and we had a great conversation about his excellent customer service as well as the importance of it. He was very sympathetic to an extremely unpleasant restaurant experience I’d previously had and we just all-around had an amazing talk about our experiences working in customer service and food service as I waited for my order. Abel TRULY deserves a raise and/or promotion. He deserves some kind of compensation and recognition for his excellent work and energy/aura. I’d go back to this location for a meal solely based on my experience with your store employee. Not to mention, the food was good and correct as I’d ordered it, thanks to Abel clarifying what I wanted.“

“Clean and professional in taking our orders. Food hot and filling, and we had the little cheeseburgers. Tables wiped down including outside dining area. Manager walks throughout the dining area and asks how things going. And for the fresh free roasted peanuts is the bomb. Highly recommended although pricy .“

“Ordered this through door dash last night because my husband wanted Chinese food. He ordered the bigger plate with orange chicken and the beef and broccoli, with the crab Rangoons. He didn't like the Rangoon's as much as he was hoping for but he loved everything else. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and the honey walnut shrimp, just because I'm not a big Chinese food person, but I surprisingly loved it. A little secret, get their Garlic Parmesan wings with some extra sauce and dip that Philly right in that sauce and it will be one of the greatest food adventurers of your Winston-Salem life. “Having recently moved to Greensboro in December 2022, we discovered that the local Arby's outlets fell short of our expectations, with poor service and unkempt interiors. However, we were pleasantly surprised at this location where the staff assured us that, with proper management, Arby's could return to its former glory. We experienced excellent service, a spotless interior, and our food was served promptly. This establishment may become our go-to spot for a quick bite when visiting Winston.“

“Maybe the best tacos I've had outside of Mexico. Tortillas were so flavorful and grilled lightly with just enough crunch & texture that they didn't crumble. Chicken and asada were cooked seasoned perfectly. So many little touches: side of fresh lime and radish and grilled onions & jalapeno that brought all the flavors together. “I’ve frequented this location a few times within the last few months and I can say they have not disappointed me. I’ve ordered breakfast, lunch, dinner. Ive also ordered via online, drive-thru, and inside. Every time I’ve been greeted with top tier customer service with no issues with my order or long waits. The guys in the drive thru even acknowledged my toddler in the car by giving him a crown hat without me even asking for it. Thank you for your attentiveness and great service.“

“This new location of this large chain (over 1500 locations worldwide) occupies the space that housed Time To Eat awhile back. Both the exterior and the interior are more attractive than usually encountered when visiting this fast food restaurant - everything else remains the same: no table service, order at the register, fill you drink, and grab a table if dining in. Today I ordered the Small Bacon Cheeseburger ($10.19), a Hot Dog with mustard, jalapeños, and grilled onions ($6.99), and small order of fries ($5.39), of course. Food was out quickly as usual, and for the most part the food was good. The cheeseburger always pleases, and the fries are consistently great, if a bit pricey ! This Hot Dog just isn't there for me, and I've tried in a number of different ways, but the lack of chili is a deal breaker - won't try again! You pay a bit more here for both burgers and fries, but I've always found the value here due to the consistent quality of what they produce. In fact, the quality of Five Guys is the best of any fast food chain, and there is value in that for sure!“

“Exceptionally nice looking McDonald's very bright and airy with lots of different seating options and a ton of seating. More than the usual new McDonald's setups. Staff was quick and efficient and super pleasant and you know what you're getting when you order McDonald's very consistent. Enjoying the jazz music as a sip on my senior coffee and McDonald's coffee is hard to beat.“

“This little gem is located in The Marketplace Mall. I ordered the fish plate, and it was delicious. Two nice size pieces of fish, fries, Cole slaw, and bread. The owners are friendly and courteous. I have eaten their hot dogs, and they're just as good. I will certainly return for more delicious food.Parking: The restaurant is located in The Marketplace mall, so there is plenty of parking.“
