She knew exactly how to ring up the order and did it quickly. She greeted me with a smile and was so polite. Emmy is the model of a great Chick-fil-A employee. “I come to this location pretty often and I've noticed lately that their drive thru line takes a little longer than normal, but today I found out why... I wasn't planning to dine in today, but my 2 year old decided she needed to use the restroom while in the drive thru line. So in I come with my 2 year old and my very heavy 4 month old in his carseat. I had my hands full. After making it to the restroom I place my order, and the woman at the register begins to hand me cups for drinks, but then says "You know what? Why don't don't go find a seat and we will bring your drinks out to you, and anything else you'll need." (If you've never had to hold on to a toddler, carry a 30 lbs carseat, and 2 drinks at one time just know it's a nightmare! So this was such a sweet offer) And they did just that. They brought my drinks and my food out to my table in the middle of breakfast rush, and they didn't have to do that. Then on our way out the same sweet woman at the register came over and held the door open for me so I didn't have to struggle to get it open with the carseat in my hands. All these things might sound small but they were huge blessings to me! They noticed my need and went out of their way to help me with out me even asking. And they were extremely kind! So next time you have to wait a little longer for your biscuit, just know they're probably inside being really kind people, and we need more of that in this world. Thank you Biscuitville! ❤“

“Well I was out paying bills and I decided to stop in this establishment only for a hot coffee, i walked up to the counter and asked the female clerk i would like a senior coffee and the woman said you must order first, I said are you joking she looked and said no sir its our policy,I had money on me and I was disappointed but not shocked, so I said to the female clerk no problem I will gladly go to another restaurant to get coffee, no anger, no cursing, no name calling I just walked out, and Almighty God is my witness to this interchange with the female cashier. So I will never walk in another chick fil-A restaurant again. But I still saw how clean the facilities were, that was my very 3rd times every visiting this establishment, I will still give them a great rating simply because they are much younger cashiers and many aren't taught about old school ethics, standards, morality, even though I understand the establishment is supposed to be Christian base establishment. So I am not angry or offended just disappointed peace and Almighty God bless you all. ❤️ human resources classes might be a good thing to offer employees. And I was expecting to pay for my coffee gladly, a Vietnam vet who defended this country and this is the truth.“

“Good sandwiches, but someone has to ask… why tipping? It is fast food, healthy fast food, but not full service down restaurant. My friend paid for a large order including sandwich - and yes tipped.(felt the pressure .)I went up later and bought cookies. Again a prompt for a tip - I’m not understanding why ringing up the total cost and doing absolutely nothing else would make anyone think a tip could be an option. I know these workers are not making $2.35 per hour (I do tip servers) so why can you not pay your staff without the asking for tips?“

“The wings fried to perfection but I didnt like the seasoning/sauce on the hot honey garlic i believe they use a garlic pepper salt and I was expecting a real garlic flavor they tasted more like hot lemon pepper. “This McDonalds is no diff than any other one. They all have good and bad moments. i just get so irritated by the condiment waste. i ask for 1 pack ketchup, 1 pack of salt and 4 packs of pepper. i rcv 5 ketchup(i only have a hashbrown that i need it for) and 5 packs of salt, who would use that much salt( maybe i should take it home and pour the packs in my salt shaker) and 6 packs of pepper(which is fine, pepper doesn't go to waste with me). that kind of waste bothers me.“

“The chicken bacon ranch wrap from this location was absolutely delicious. they were very busy when we arrived and apparently they were having issues with the check-in process for online orders which of course is how I ordered ours so when they said it was going to be ready in 9 minutes it actually took half an hour and calling to say we were parked out there and still waiting for them to get it out to us. it also took an additional 10 minutes from us calling before my husband decided to go inside and somebody was coming out to the car as he approached the door.“

“Went late Saturday 8/1/26 and ordered through the app. When I got there, the guy working the drive thru let me know they were out of nacho fries and offered to work something out. I wasn’t upset about it, as it was out of their control. Not only did he give me an extra taco, but he also gave me 2 coupons for a free taco. Great customer service. I don’t catch his name but he was a tall guy with glasses. This Taco Bell always has nice staff and gets my order right! Thank you for going above and beyond this time in particular!“

I called the order in to Dunkin Donuts, arrived to pick up the coffee, and they forgot to tell me that they were out of big boxes so they did not prepare my order. All they could say was, "Sorry." I rushed over to Chick-Fil-A and they went right to work on the order. She apologized about how long it would take (12 minutes) to prepare fresh, hot coffee, and said, "Your morning is going to get better starting now!" The coffee was prepared quickly- along with all the condiments bagged up and I was out the door. I was late with the coffee but the teachers seemed excited to receive it and get their day started. “Sure it's in a gas station but the place is clean, the cooks are absolutely some of the kindest people I've met, the food is eye opening, and the portions... Don't get me started, they don't stop filling up your tray until it's barely closeable. For the amount you're paying, the food and portions are definitely worth, I brought 3 trays home and my family and I could barely scratch how much there was. 10/10 would come over again and again if I didn't live 25 minutes away“

“This Zaxby’s is very dirty. I walked in and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I sat down after I found a cleaner table but I did have to wipe it off. I tried wiping another one and my napkin stuck to the table. It was later in the afternoon so there’s no reason it had not been cleaned. On a positive note my next trip I did drive through and the service was excellent. The lady that gave me my food was just bubbly!“

“We visited this location with sizable group of teenage basketball players. Surprisingly, the experience was smoother than I had anticipated. The staff was incredibly patient, ensuring that every order was accurate and clearly labeled. The burgers and food were fresh, as is typical for Five Guys. The place itself and the restrooms were immaculate.

On a side note, I’ve noticed that the freshness of the buns at Five Guys has declined over time. This is a general observation not specific to this location, but it’s worth mentioning.

There is ample parking, vegetarian options.

They menus is surprisingly accommodating. Non burger eater had beef hot dog, non beef eaters had aBLT and vegetarian had the veggie sandwich“

“The tray meal options are like a build your own meal. You pick your main item (I chose a BBQ chicken sandwich), and 2 sides (many choices here from fries and hush puppies to chicken tenders and quesadillas). So you can get something to eat as another meal. You also get a drink, which was my whole reason for going to cookout. The shakes are amazing. 🌟 They are the kind you absolutely will not be able to just get through with a straw. A spoon is mandatory because the mix ins are the real deal. I had a peach 🍑 Cobbler shake and it was loaded with cakey cookie chunks and real chunks of peaches. So good. The sandwich and quesadilla we ok, but I'll be back for another option on the shake menu!“

“We grow up eating Long John Silvers, however they closed the ones close to us. We drove an hour to eat at this one in Winston Salem. Soon as we walked in, we were nicely greeted by Ashley. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we ordered and needed. The food was so good and tasted just like I remembered. We had the Chicken Plank Meals , they were hot and fresh. Neither of us knew what they had so we were looking at the menu and the manager, Jessica, was so sweet and was telling my son about what they had and helped him make his mind up.
