“I don't usually leave Google reviews, but I have been frequenting Boulted Bread for a few months now, and I can safely say it's my favorite bakery in the triangle! All of the bread, pastries, and drinks that I have tried have been truly phenomenal. My go-tos thus far have been the seeded levain, the ham and cheese croissant, and the morning bun. I highly recommend! The customer service is always fantastic as well. The young lady with curly hair and silver rings (Lizzie, I think her name is) always helps me find what I need and leaves a smile on my face. She isn't a bad looker, either - don't tell my wife I said that! I'm only taking away one star because it has been SO HOT in there recently. I worry for the ladies and gents working there. Cheers!“

“My husband and I have been coming here for nearly a year for morning coffees & I’ve even remotely worked when my internet was out. When we found out we were expecting, we immediately knew we wanted to use our favorite spot for cupcakes & cookies for our baby shower.

The ordering process was SO easy, Arlen was communicative and thorough and made sure everything was perfect for our day.

“I was disappointed when Layered left this building (truly the best croissants outside of Europe). But I must say, this new bakery is an absolute gem and welcome addition to this eclectic little pocket of workshops and eateries. I can’t comment on the croissants (next time). But WOW, the pastries are out of this world delicious and so beautifully displayed. A feast for the eyes and tastebuds! Seating is a bit lacking —so consider grabbing your pastry and coffee to-go, or take a seat outside. And they’re open on Sunday, which is a bonus. I have a feeling that Paul and Jack are here to stay.“

“I recently moved to the area so I went in for a loaf of sourdough and a blueberry cake and croissant while I was at it. Quick and easy service even when busy.
They have a decent amount of ready to go items like jams, merch and such. Gotta try some next time.“

“I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I know it may seem like a box of cookies but they are my finances favorite and I’m surprising her at the airport with this box that Caroline delivered as I type this.“

“It is THE best carrot cake you will EVER have!! Promise you that!! The carrot cake lady is so sweet and adorable too and the price she has is so worth it when you taste her delicious desserts. “Nice store with a great variety of pastries. When I came, the queue was a bit long but the cashier did a good job handling it by himself. The line took a while but it's worth it to try this store.
I bought 5 pieces of pastries, pain au chocolate, chocolate bun, red bean bun, rice cake, macadamia cookies, and matcha latte.
All the pastries were good and fresh but for the matcha, I gave 6 out of 10. Maybe next time I will try their coffee.“

“I had a gift card given to me some 1.5 years ago, and just today made my way to the store! Felt adventurous and was craving some tropical fruits. I was blown away by the variety of exotic fruits, and the extensive choice of fish. The store is, certainly, a cultural experience! My 10-year-old and I each got a smoothie - mango and pear, but I feel curious about many of the other drinks and desserts that I’d love to try. They, also, have cooked/hot food there and will bring my husband next time since he loves Asian food. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I moved here from Southern California in March and was so happy to find Cinnabon! I grew up eating them, especially around the holidays. I'm not sure why other people are giving this place bad reviews. The customer service was good and the Cinnamon buns taste like I always remember. Perhaps those people got a bad batch made by a new employee or have a personal vendetta against the employee...? I don't know, but I had a very good experience. And yes, the bites and minis taste just as good as the regular sized ones! Best when warm and fresh but can sit for 3 days and still taste good.“
