ETA: Went again on a rainy Sunday. They had a lot of pastries & cookies, more than I remembered. I got a ham & cheese croissant for there & a piece of coffee cake to take home. Tasty food, great staff, & enjoyed sitting at the window as the storm passed by.“

“I don't usually leave Google reviews, but I have been frequenting Boulted Bread for a few months now, and I can safely say it's my favorite bakery in the triangle! All of the bread, pastries, and drinks that I have tried have been truly phenomenal. My go-tos thus far have been the seeded levain, the ham and cheese croissant, and the morning bun. I highly recommend! The customer service is always fantastic as well. The young lady with curly hair and silver rings (Lizzie, I think her name is) always helps me find what I need and leaves a smile on my face. She isn't a bad looker, either - don't tell my wife I said that! I'm only taking away one star because it has been SO HOT in there recently. I worry for the ladies and gents working there. Cheers!“

“The ladies were so welcoming. We tried the baklava, honeycake, creme brule, the cheesecake dubai and the bumblebee. We devoured the honeycake. It was soft, light, and absolutely delicious. The bumblebee was different, but I personally wouldn't try it again. Just wasn't a match for my personal palette. We definitely plan on coming back to try the London Fog and more delicious desserts“

“I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I know it may seem like a box of cookies but they are my finances favorite and I’m surprising her at the airport with this box that Caroline delivered as I type this.“

“I recently moved to the area so I went in for a loaf of sourdough and a blueberry cake and croissant while I was at it. Quick and easy service even when busy.
They have a decent amount of ready to go items like jams, merch and such. Gotta try some next time.“

“I had a gift card given to me some 1.5 years ago, and just today made my way to the store! Felt adventurous and was craving some tropical fruits. I was blown away by the variety of exotic fruits, and the extensive choice of fish. The store is, certainly, a cultural experience! My 10-year-old and I each got a smoothie - mango and pear, but I feel curious about many of the other drinks and desserts that I’d love to try. They, also, have cooked/hot food there and will bring my husband next time since he loves Asian food. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Ordered through Uber eats with no expectations. Cookies arrived warm as if they just came out the oven. We got 1/2 chocolate chip, 1/2 oatmeal and omg they just melt in your mouth so good. I'll never order from those chain places with high prices and stale too sweet cookies. These are the absolute best. I loved the turkey cheddar and the blueberry- though a few people at my office felt the turkey was a little salty for their liking (not for me, though). The cinnamon rolls were outstanding- especially if you like lots of cinnamon flavor. The service was also excellent, as the owner reached out to me to make sure everything was satisfactory with our order. I look forward to ordering breakfast from Zulias again!“

I'm not sure why other people are giving this place bad reviews. The customer service was good and the Cinnamon buns taste like I always remember. Perhaps those people got a bad batch made by a new employee or have a personal vendetta against the employee...? I don't know, but I had a very good experience. And yes, the bites and minis taste just as good as the regular sized ones! Best when warm and fresh but can sit for 3 days and still taste good.“

The strangest part is being attached to the International Market but that is literally such a small thing. Love love love!!“
