“I don't usually leave Google reviews, but I have been frequenting Boulted Bread for a few months now, and I can safely say it's my favorite bakery in the triangle! All of the bread, pastries, and drinks that I have tried have been truly phenomenal. My go-tos thus far have been the seeded levain, the ham and cheese croissant, and the morning bun. I highly recommend! The customer service is always fantastic as well. The young lady with curly hair and silver rings (Lizzie, I think her name is) always helps me find what I need and leaves a smile on my face. She isn't a bad looker, either - don't tell my wife I said that! I'm only taking away one star because it has been SO HOT in there recently. I worry for the ladies and gents working there. Cheers!“

“UPDATED RESPONSE: The food here was excellent — great quality and outstanding flavor. The restaurant was very clean, which I really appreciated. They didn’t have bottled water, (update: they had filtered water better than bottled for free!) and the person taking our order wasn’t very friendly or welcoming (maybe he was having a bad day it’s hard to tip a cashier who isn’t friendly). However, the overall experience was still very positive. The food and cleanliness definitely make this a restaurant worth it!“

“Of the things my wife and I have gotten, everything's been delicious. The lattes are pretty delicious and the flavored ones aren't terribly over sweet.

And though I really enjoyed the hachapuri, the honey cake was very good. Was like thin layers of a Sponge graham cracker cake layered with a light honey marscapone between each. It had very subtle notes of honey that came through in the after taste with a grammy cracker start without being overly sweetened. It's a must have if you like honey and graham crackers.“

Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I know it may seem like a box of cookies but they are my finances favorite and I’m surprising her at the airport with this box that Caroline delivered as I type this.“

“Wow! My husband and I have been dying to try Morning Rolls! We stopped this morning finally and so impressed. Not only were the cinnamon rolls the absolute best we’ve ever had…. “I had a gift card given to me some 1.5 years ago, and just today made my way to the store! Felt adventurous and was craving some tropical fruits. I was blown away by the variety of exotic fruits, and the extensive choice of fish. The store is, certainly, a cultural experience! My 10-year-old and I each got a smoothie - mango and pear, but I feel curious about many of the other drinks and desserts that I’d love to try. They, also, have cooked/hot food there and will bring my husband next time since he loves Asian food. Can’t wait to go back!“
