“I have been to this establishment many times and after the service I received yesterday I wanted to post a review. The staff from management to the employees are beyond my expectations. They do their VERY BEST to ensure every customer is treated with most absolute professionalism. They take great pride and care with their customer service from every sale. If you want amazing quick service, to your catering THIS is the store you need to call. If you have a birthday party, or any sort of engagement that meets quick and easy food this is the place for you. I just wanted to put it out there that this establishment not only has great food, has an enjoyable atmosphere and to top of off their SANITATION rating is exceptional. The first thing I personally always look at is the sanitation score because that means they take great pride and care on making sure the place is clean and up to standards on food safety. “Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“I love this place! Service is always great and it’s decorated like a 1950s diner. The food? Fantastic, fresh and is ready fast.
Superboy (get it as is) and fries are my “go to” but the fried chicken, onion rings and the chicken salad plate are also terrific. They also have a delicious mustard-forward potato salad that slays. You won’t be disappointed!“

“My service face to face was fantastic, server really seemed happy to assist me. However, being a drive through customer, once I arrived home I was missing items from my order. It sucks, they are expensive and usually means someone is left without meal. Seems to happen often here.“

“Phenomenal service! It's been a few weeks since I went, so I don't remember the time, date, or name of the person helping, but he was a skinny black kid with short hair. I think he had facial hair? My brother and I went in an hour before closing. It was our first time being there, being that we are originally from Jersey. He patiently and warmly helped us with our choices. The pizza was out super fast! The toppings were delicious except for the sauce. I'm a pizza snob hailing from the great state of Jersey. Good pizza has been very, very, VERY hard to find down here, but this place came pretty damn close. The crust, mmmhmmmm, just like I like it. The sauce could be sweeter and needs a little bit more pizzazz. Other than that, perfect! I'm definitely going back!“

“I had a coupon for two for $7 gyros. I got two Greek style gyros and they were delicious. Loaded with meat, the right amount of tzaziki sauce, lettuce, tomato on a soft pita. Chefs kiss. I'm not a big fan of the roast beef sandwiches but I don't particularly like roast beef so thats not surprising. However, the french dip and the greek gyros are worth the visit. I'll be back to use a similar coupon on the French Dip sandwiches.“

“Anytime I come by here, it never disappoint. I either get a chicken sandwich or 8ct nuggets (fried or grilled). It was very busy on the day went and wanted to try something different, so I got a chicken deluxe sandwich (without bun and cheese) on a lettuce wraps which was good.“

“They have good services and a good variety of food selections. It's a good break from the regular fast food options. Their shrimp ?, and deluxe cheeseburgers ? with bacon ? added are delicious. “We are newer to the area but we have never had such amazing service from a cookout, Brock is always so nice, when we see him we always know we are getting exceptional service and that our food will be correct. If I could I would be giving Brock his own 10/10 rating.“

“I got to this cfa all the time and the food is always so good and the service is always amazing! Today I pulled up for my mobile order and my car started smoking from under the hood. Luckily two guys working at CFA were there to help me and check around under the hood. “We stopped here for lunch and ordered cheesy bread & a stuffed crust supreme pizza. The cheesy bread melted in my mouth and the pizza was filling with that stuffed crust. The waitress was attentive and friendly. It's nice to find a Pizza Hut that still has tables for dining in.“

“To be honest, this Captain D's location is not bad. This location is one of the most consistent restaurants in the area. The food portions are okay.

It's food quality would be better if they used fresh cooking oil more frequently, change the recipes for its Mac & cheese, and used a better breaded okra.

Their baked potatoes also need to be served fresh & not over cook, after all there is an extra charge for a substitution & a loaded potato.

The employees are reasonably accommodating but no extra exuberance given.
The cost is currently inflated, but it is a got to option in this area.“

“Had a new driver forget to grab our drink on the way out the door, the GM personally brought it to our house as soon as I let them know (literally within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone he was on our doorstep and we live on the opposite side of 74). You don’t see service like that anymore. Highly recommend this location.“

“This is the only McDonald's that is always top notch. The drive-thru goes quickly and my order is always right. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is always clean. They don't close till midnight and a lot of times the parking lot lights and around the building lights will be off as they forget to turn them on but they are still open so swing by even if it looks like they're closed.

Vegetarian options: If you are a vegetarian McDonald's is not the place for you. There are hardly any vegetarian options on their menu.

Kid-friendliness: Everybody should know that McDonald's is kid-friendly. The kids menu is great as they put apple slices in the kids meal. You can also choose apple juice, milk, chocolate milk and not sodas for the precious little ones.“

“Best Whopper I’ve had in years!“

“Same as any other five guys, although my wait time to receive the food was horrible, stood there in line for almost 30 minutes while orders before mine and after mine were called before me and I had a simple cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. The ladies working the line did not have a sense of urgency at all and we're super slow while the guy working the fries killed it, those ladies need to be retrained or replaced.“

“I like the classic burger a lot. It's close to In-N-Out. The truffle burger was a disappointment. It's always kind of cold in there throughout the winter. Lastly, asking for a tip when I have to input the order at the kiosk is ridiculous.“
