“This one might be a bit long. Last night I went to this location and was completely blown away by what happened. I have been in food service for more than 20 years and I walked into this mcdonalds and the manager on duty sylvonia (I hope I spelled your name correctly) was absolutely amazing. Not only was she super friendly and gave the best customer service I've ever experienced at Any mcdonalds location, but she was SO fast, efficient and even seemed to be training someone whilst keeping everything else going smoothly. I have never experienced that before and I am completely blown away. The store manager of this location needs to take note of the fact that sylvonia is indispensable and I am absolutely certain deserves a promotion and raise. She could absolutely run that store by herself, and did! Corporate also needs to take note of her and see the shining star they have at this location and open up every opportunity to her, because at the end of the day you have costumers who come to your establishment and only expect fast food, but when she's in the building you leave with a smile and a certainty that you won't be going anywhere else from now on! Its SO rare nowadays to have someone care so much about their job that the customer can instantly tell because they've just been given they best customer service they've ever experienced, but I'm happy to say that now, I have!“

“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“We visited on 8-30-25. I stopped by with my youth group to get a bite to eat after a day at Carowinds. Shatel was the manager working that day. We had around 25 kids and I stopped by without calling ahead(I know shame on me) but I had confidence in this place as my family eats here almost every Sunday. Let me tell you, the staff working that day was on it. They worked hard and took all of our orders and got the fresh, made when you order delicious food out in a timely manner to all of our youth. They were so nice and respectful and did not act the least bit flustered with us. They did all of this while taking care of other customers as well. I just wanted to come on here and brag about how well they did. We love this Culvers. This isn't just an ordinary fast food restaurant. They make you feel right at home when you are here. The managers are fantastic and so are all of the staff. I have never had a staff member be rude to me. Go and support this Culvers if you are craving delicious fresh made food. Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. and it’s got a good record shop next to it called Noble Records. Sells cds records and cassettes and I’ve bought from them after eating a lot. Writing this review right outside in the parking lot actually about to go in south 21.

“I had a coupon for two for $7 gyros. I got two Greek style gyros and they were delicious. Loaded with meat, the right amount of tzaziki sauce, lettuce, tomato on a soft pita. Chefs kiss. I'm not a big fan of the roast beef sandwiches but I don't particularly like roast beef so thats not surprising. However, the french dip and the greek gyros are worth the visit. I'll be back to use a similar coupon on the French Dip sandwiches.“

Maybe it's their own unique aroma when you walk in that brings you back to years past when all my friends would jam in on a Friday night after high school football games! “THE best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. We ordered Chinese food that cancelled on us after waiting 2 hours through DoorDash. So I had to run out last minute to feed 10 people. Everything else was closed so I landed at McDonald's at 6:55pm on Christmas Eve (I learned it was 5 min before they closed!!). I ordered $120 worth of food and the people working there were having a GREAT time, they were all very happy and after I said Merry Christmas to them, they all yelled Merry Christmas to me! The food was great and the service was amazing.“

“I recently had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Domino’s Pizza on 1310-H Wesley Chapel Rd in Indian Trail, NC (often referred to as the Sun Valley location), and I can’t say enough good things about it! My pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings—exactly what you want from a Domino’s order.

What truly made this experience stand out, though, was the manager, Sam. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. His genuine care for customers was evident, and it’s clear he’s doing an amazing job running this location. Sam’s efforts put a huge smile on my face, and I could tell he takes pride in making every order special.
