“This one might be a bit long. Last night I went to this location and was completely blown away by what happened. I have been in food service for more than 20 years and I walked into this mcdonalds and the manager on duty sylvonia (I hope I spelled your name correctly) was absolutely amazing. Not only was she super friendly and gave the best customer service I've ever experienced at Any mcdonalds location, but she was SO fast, efficient and even seemed to be training someone whilst keeping everything else going smoothly. I have never experienced that before and I am completely blown away. The store manager of this location needs to take note of the fact that sylvonia is indispensable and I am absolutely certain deserves a promotion and raise. She could absolutely run that store by herself, and did! Corporate also needs to take note of her and see the shining star they have at this location and open up every opportunity to her, because at the end of the day you have costumers who come to your establishment and only expect fast food, but when she's in the building you leave with a smile and a certainty that you won't be going anywhere else from now on! Its SO rare nowadays to have someone care so much about their job that the customer can instantly tell because they've just been given they best customer service they've ever experienced, but I'm happy to say that now, I have!“

“Been coming here for my birthday since 2022 and I absolutely love it. Big portions and good prices, the food is really nice, but the vibe of the place is the best. Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. Always come here in the evening and enjoy your time.

and it’s got a good record shop next to it called Noble Records. Sells cds records and cassettes and I’ve bought from them after eating a lot. Writing this review right outside in the parking lot actually about to go in south 21.

“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“We visited on 8-30-25. I stopped by with my youth group to get a bite to eat after a day at Carowinds. Shatel was the manager working that day. We had around 25 kids and I stopped by without calling ahead(I know shame on me) but I had confidence in this place as my family eats here almost every Sunday. Let me tell you, the staff working that day was on it. They worked hard and took all of our orders and got the fresh, made when you order delicious food out in a timely manner to all of our youth. They were so nice and respectful and did not act the least bit flustered with us. They did all of this while taking care of other customers as well. I just wanted to come on here and brag about how well they did. We love this Culvers. This isn't just an ordinary fast food restaurant. They make you feel right at home when you are here. The managers are fantastic and so are all of the staff. I have never had a staff member be rude to me. Go and support this Culvers if you are craving delicious fresh made food. “Love this place, during the pandemic they were one of the few restaurants open, they had their drive through up and running which developed quite the reputation. Just recently they re opened the dine in area. There is always a bit of wait in the drive through but it is definitely worth it! One of the best hibachi restaurants around. The teriyaki chicken and steak are both delicious! Highly recommend!“

“I had a coupon for two for $7 gyros. I got two Greek style gyros and they were delicious. Loaded with meat, the right amount of tzaziki sauce, lettuce, tomato on a soft pita. Chefs kiss. I'm not a big fan of the roast beef sandwiches but I don't particularly like roast beef so thats not surprising. However, the french dip and the greek gyros are worth the visit. I'll be back to use a similar coupon on the French Dip sandwiches.“
