They didn't, but they were so sweet and ended up giving me a mug and stickers for free. They also recommended The Christmas Cookie, and it was AMAZING. I plan to return next time I'm in town. The owner Tammy is so nice and full of energy. We in fact went twice. If ever in the Wilmington area and looking for a cool, great food, great coffee and especially great friendly service FOLKS is the place.“

“I really enjoy the people and the overall atmosphere here. Came to Grinders quite often when I first moved back to Wilmington. However, Grinders has always been on the high end for prices. Just got my first Dirty Chai over 8 dollars in Wilmington! I didn’t mind that it was made iced instead of hot as I requested but the prices are pretty ridiculous for the area. Go to Bespoke or Casablanca, get the same ambience and mucchhh more affordable coffee in my opinion!“

“A cute little neighborhood dig. GREAT locally roasted coffee. Their coldbrew is off the charts. A mix of nostalgia and eclectic novelty makes the perfect cozy, spot for your coffee shop adventures. They have catered local food that is good in a hunch (don’t expect a full food menu there is no kitchen). A wide menu and even beer & wine! I love their outdoor bistro tables on a sunny day. “This is the best Starbucks in town! The accommodations inside are very comfortable with plenty of seating and style options. The outdoor patio is spacious and comfortable. A little loud right by the road, but that's unavoidable in Wilmington for the most part. The toilets are always clean. What I love most is the service here. Jen and Jessica are GREAT, along with the rest of the staff who are efficient. Always warm with a smile and friendly.“

“While there are many coffee shops in the area, Zola is truly cute and cozy. The service is outstanding – they even brought our coffee to us while we were browsing the lovely selection of books! I highly recommend trying their turmeric cinnamon latte with oat milk (made perfectly without syrup). And what was actually impressive- they make fresh turmeric shots from the root! Looks like it’s a wonderful place to hang out!“

“Vicious Biscuit in Wilmington is the real deal! The biscuits are flaky and loaded just right, portions are perfect, and the fresh-squeezed OJ is on point. “We stopped here twice in one day because it was that good. The banana ball was so good and my daughter LOVED their beignets. Their frappe was the best she has ever had. The dirty hippie was my favorite drink. We had to grab one of their donuts as literally just staring at them is mouth watering. “I had been a customer of Starbucks for decades and I was absolutely thrilled when they decided to start having stores down here in North Carolina! Where else can you go and have great coffee and great WiFi while talking to super nice people that you just meant . I have never been to a bad one ever! I highly recommend this place to all!!“

“Really love the aesthetic design and the drinks were phenomenal. The bartender was so knowledgeable and really took time to educate us and steer us in the direction. We went on a Friday night after dinner around 7:30. They were setting up for a house music DJ which we couldn't stay for. The music while we were there was a little too sleepy and there were only 2 other patrons, which was surprising considering how great the place and drinks were. Not a high energy place, next time we'll bring a chill group of friends with us and come a little later. Maybe we just hit it up at the wrong time.“
