“This place is a breathe of fresh air!! They ACTUALLY know what good customer service is and deliver it well. They are consistently friendly, consistently quick to take orders, and consistently offer good products. I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. I don't even think Starbucks has good coffee, but I go here because of their excellent customer service and great environment. Thank you staff for being a breathe of fresh air!!“

“Great mix of coffee shop (Starbucks coffee), snack and grab-n-go meals (sandwiches and salads) and convenience store. Even the hotel has free coffee I always end up getting a mocha or cappuccino here.I like that you can simply bill your purchases on your room bill. Convenient.“
