“Stopped here on a recent Sunday afternoon for lunch. I was expecting average quality, but I was so wrong! The food was far better than my expectations. The French onion soup was outstanding. “My family recently booked a private function in the Eisenhower room at Lamies. Everything was truly exceptional. Michelle and her team went out of their way to guarantee that our extra large party was perfectly cared for. I highly recommend considering the Old Salt for your private functions. You won’t find better service.“

“I moved here 11 years ago and my first of many wonderful meals at the Riverworks. I especially liked the beer battered chicken fingers. But something has changed in the batter and I had them last night, 3/17/25 and they're not as good. Please return to the other recipe. But you are a favorite restaurant. Suellen Leugers“

“Delicious food here; highly recommend stopping in for food. I was referred by a friend who suggested and I am glad to have stopped in today for a roast beef meal. It was delicious and plenty of food to eat. Staff were very helpful land the shop was very busy which means they are a popular business.“

“Saturday October 4, 2025 I had the pleasure of having Lucy as our waitress. We were a party of 6, ordered dinner and drinks. I am not a beer drinker(sorry) so Lucy took the time to explain your Island District drinks to me. I left with a four pack after an amazing night of music, family, and good friends. Lucy and the team that were short staffed and super busy. She didn’t miss a beat. Amazing testament to your establishment . Looking for to our next visit!“

“We tried a restaurant for the first time tonight, Paddy’s American Grille on the recommendation from a friend. Beautiful building with inside and patio dining, another gem in Portsmouth,NH. We were warmly greeted and taken very good care of by Vanessa who was outstanding. The food, drinks, and dessert were all excellent! We’ll be back soon for sure, give them a try.“

“Imagine walking into a gas station to pick up a drink, opening the door and smelling your grandmother's kitchen? I just had to try the hand battered tenders and bone in fried chicken and potato wedges! While waiting for my lunch regulars came in for sandwiches, roll-ups and cheesesteaks, the special for the day. There were some picnic tables outside but we grabbed our bucket of chicken and took it to go! The chicken was crunchy and crisp while remaining moist on the inside. Such a treat! While the atmosphere is not fancy it's friendly!“

“The location in Stratham, NH, has been my “go to” several times a week since their opening. I live nearby, and can’t help but indulge in the convenience of the location, not only for the great food (top-notch menu and preparation), friendly atmosphere (regular patrons who easily come to feel like family), and a staff that has made me feel like this is my “home away from home”. Special shout out to John, the best, most efficient and attentive bartender that I’ve known in all my years of dining out. And, without a doubt, I must add that Jess is also most delightful in every way. The management, host staff, and endearing wait staff (you know who you are) have made every moment I’ve enjoyed at the 110 Grill in Stratham the best of times. What more can I say? Drop in, often! I recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!“
