From the time we toured and booked to the day of event and beyond, Kelsey, Romaine, and their staff worked hard and seamlessly to make our event run smoothly. Kelsey was the best wedding coordinator, responding patiently to our many questions and follow up emails. Both Kelsey and Romaine were very present and calming all weekend! They always had a smile on their faces and made sure we and our guests had everything we needed. As the night was underway, they broke down all our decor and neatly placed it for our pick up the next day. I can not recommend this venue enough for anyones wedding or other big event! It’s a beautiful setting, they work well with other vendors such as the photographer, bakery, or dj, and their staff and accommodations were very welcoming. Thank you Kelsey, Romaine, and all your staff once again!!“

the basement is always chaotic, at least during the schoolyear. it's basically a club. so if you like crowded clubs, definitely come here. one downside is that the toilets in the basement have no dividers, and people make small talk with you as you do your business ?“

“Visiting the area and wanted something a little different but comforting at the same time. So we found tailgaters and My husband and I both got burgers. I had the au jus which was outstanding. Give you a half a small cup of onion soup to dip your hamburger in that had the caramelized onions from the soup on it. So good. My husband had an overstacked burger that had sweet bacon and honest. I can't remember what else but I had a bite. It was delicious. Presentation of the food was outstanding. The burger was semi-open so you could see it and the fries came in a cute little fryer basket and they were crunchy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. We went in after 3:00 and I hit the happy hour time and got a half off appetizer and had their garlic parmesan wings. They were delicious. Extra meaty. We had a very attentive waitress and enjoyed ourselves in the atmosphere with all the tailgates of trucks. It was very clever. We will drive back an hour to come and have another experience at this restaurant

I just had to try the hand battered tenders and bone in fried chicken and potato wedges! While waiting for my lunch regulars came in for sandwiches, roll-ups and cheesesteaks, the special for the day. There were some picnic tables outside but we grabbed our bucket of chicken and took it to go! The chicken was crunchy and crisp while remaining moist on the inside. Such a treat! While the atmosphere is not fancy it's friendly!“

“Local’s has become one of my favorite places to eat on the seacoast! Wings are amazing, drinks are excellent, beer is cold and the pizza is out of this world. Don’t sleep on the salad because they have some real gems. Philly egg rolls are my favorite app too. The best quality is how friendly they are and it truly is a local vibe. I had my mother’s mercy meal there and everything was done with care and to perfection. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate her life. Definitely check them out sometime, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Local’s for being a wonderful business in so many ways!“

“Saw a great show at the Stone Church. Good ambiance, nice drink selection, the burgers look great. The sound was ok for the show, but not great. More to do with the audio than the venue. One band out of three had it dialed in. Really nice that we could attend with under 21 guests. Would return.

“I'd recommend this restaurant only if you are NOT allergic to shellfish. they cross contaminate their fried foods; waitresses words not mine. if I hadn't have asked if they cook mozzarella Stix in same oil as fried clams I'd be either very ill or worse, dead. so if you are allergic and you go out to eat, ask the server for confirmation that they don't use the same fry baskets/oil. our waitresses said no we don't but then checked with kitchen staff... come to find out they do. I refuse to die because of a mozzarella stick. on a good note my husband liked the burgers.....“

I'm talking every single time I picked up there was something missing or completely wrong. I've finally edited my review to match with current times and I must say after 6 years from my last review things have drastically changed. As new cooks and new staff have filtered through things have taken a turn for the better. The food is actually pretty tasteful and "knock on wood" but the staff have been better at double checking what should be in the take-out bags.“

Atmosphere is sick, you can literally order a beer from the moon. If you're from ireland, you'll feel right at home. If you want to play pool, you'll feel right at home.
