“Recently tried this place for the first time and it exceeded my expectations! It was my first time trying a Poke bowl and now I'm hooked. I'm always excited to see new places pop up that offer vegetarian options. I got the fried Tofu as my protein option and it was perfectly cooked. All of the ingredients were super fresh and the toppings and sauces were excellent. Love the bubble tea, too!“

The dreamy smell of freshly brew tea tells me immediately that I am at the right place for authentic boba drinks! With countless add-on opts or accept the drinks as is, any customization can enhance your drink concoction.

Always top notch quality beverages and speedy service, despite having 8+ orders ahead of me when I visit during the lunch time rush hrs.

There is always room for improvements for this location-

1. Staff can be welcoming and friendly.

2. I understand there are a lot of orders, this is a busy location. However, my drink tends to have some overspills and I somehow find myself requesting napkins to clean my hands during my last 2 visits. Staff can def spend a bit more time cleaning off any mess on cups before placing on counter for pick up. The final touches really make a difference.

3. Lastly, there is absolutely no place to sit, even their small waiting area had a crowd of people. There can easily be 3 sets of outdoor tables and chairs set in front of the business. Fortunately, the city offers some public seating across the street.“

“great little spot for refreshing drinks and bites! i love that they’re also open late, for all the night owls and partygoers. they serve food after 5pm and we came for the drinks but stayed for the food. we tried a slushy and yakult and you can try one of their combos or make it yourself. for bites we tried the spicy peanut butter noodles (loved the sauce), salt and pepper fried chicken, sesame chicken with broccoli, and curry fries. the space is small and seats are limited so be prepared when coming to dine in.“

“Amazing drinks and service. They offered to remake my drink because I got 25% sugar and it was a little too sour for me (hand punch lemon tea). And they added more sugar for me and it was yummy and refreshing! It was my fault i didn’t choose the right sugar level for my taste but they still treated me warmly. thank u !! Also, i tried the mango bingsu and it was 10/10. I highly recommend this place if you are thirsty or looking for a place to chill.“

“Rating this 5-Stars. This new boba drink cafe is unlike any other boring same-old franchises out there. It has its own identity. You will absolutely love it once you step into the cafe. The interior decor is very warm and all filled with cute piggies everywhere once you walk in. Service was friendly and great. The entire time I was there, I witnessed both staffs working there were hands-on greeting every guests with bright smiles, preparing and making all the drinks by themselves with love. Went through the menu and wanted to try the tiramisu latte… great location very close to Empire State and other things.. The interiors was actually very good… it was huge and there were a few tables to sit and drink.. service was also good..

Pricing was OK.. was about 8 to 9 dollars for a latte, including tips.. slightly higher than regular coffee shops, but good for once in a while, flavored coffee.. tiramisu latte was actually very good.. He did put some small quantity of rum on it and it tasted so good… also tried taro boba and it was good . Looks like a Taiwan based coffee shop… it was surely different and refreshing.. good experience.. 4 stars ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I got what was maybe the best strawberry matcha ive had in the city- at least top 3. Sour strawberry, earthy matcha. I got it at 30% sweet and could have done even less. It was unfortunately almost $10 before tip, which is par for the course given the neighborhood. Giving it 5 stars anyways“

I usually get the juicy burger meal, it comes with the burger, fries, and choice of drink. I think it’s a really good value meal. I also get it with chicken wings and it’s delicious with my Chick-fil-A sauce at home lol.

I also enjoy their egg and spam onigiri, it sounds plain but I thought the same, but once I tried it, it was better than I thought, give it a try. I usually can’t finish eveything so I leave the onigiri for later at night time, when I am hungry.

“I always have a great experience at Gong Cha, and Yash is a big reason why. He’s friendly, patient, and consistently makes my drinks really well. Somehow, he always gets the balance just right — the tea flavor, sweetness, milk, and toppings all come together in the perfect ratio. I’ve ordered different drinks here, and whenever Yash makes them, they always taste especially good and consistent. You can tell he actually pays attention to what he’s doing instead of just rushing through the order.
