“I was told this place was the best around for take out Chinese. I wouldn't say that, but they definitely didn't disappoint. The service was great. The price was decent and they made me something I requested that wasn't on the menu. I'd definitely buy from them again. I'd say they are better then most along that stretch of roadway for 5 miles either way. Try them. They were super friendly also.“

“When I saw how affordable this spot was, I wasn’t expecting to be wow’d by the food but oh my goodness it was good! I got the chicken chow mein, pork dumplings in chili oil and the crunchy spicy cucumber. The heat levels were perfect (I got medium for the chow mein and dumplings, and the recommended level for the salad). I could still taste all the flavors but my mouth was coated perfectly in sichuan. The balance of sweetness and aromatics in everything - especially the pork dumplings - was delicious.

The staff was friendly, the wait time was short, the food was fresh.

“I love their Big Buns! Being a Filipino, my favorite dimsum is Bola Bola siopao (a bun stuffed with pork, chinese sausage and salted egg) which I found out is not available here locally. But when I discovered Bao Mama, they sell Big Buns which is quite similar to a Bola Bola siopao! I was hooked! Plus the Big Buns ARE HUGE and has a generous amount of filling! I just love them! I am also looking forward to try their other products.“

“This is our go to Chinese restaurant! The first and only that we really love around here! It’s a 20 min walk from us and in hot weather it feels longer, but it’s ALWAYS worth it! They’re so nice, the food is awesome, fair prices, and our order is always right! Their cheese pizza rolls are so good! Which are a nice treat when you want pizza and Chinese lol. Their shrimp eggs rolls are also my favorite! I usually get two :)“

Full of locals. Bring headphones if you're easily triggered: a dude answered two calls while I was there, and when he wasn't talking on the phone, he was endlessly on the TikTok. When he left, it was blessedly quiet except for noodle slurps.

Quick service. Last I was here, the server was busy. When she had a moment, I left my seat to pay her early. When I got back to my table, my bowl was gone. :( On the bright side, there was very little left, but I was hoping to savor it... :D

Limited seating. Cash only. There's a TV. (Thanks to whoever put the BBC on!)

When I first called I felt rushed but when I went to pick up the woman who helped me was very kind. My order was all correct and the food was delicious, was even offered a free bottle of soda. “Can't go wrong with great food and amazing customer service. I've been here a handful of times and everything has always been on point. Last night, I decided to order take out and try something other than my usual: shrimp and eggs and got spicy cabbage, chicken with mixed vegetables, and mapo tofu. I was not disappointed. The cabbage had a nice kick, the mapo tofu was packed full of numbing flavor, and the chicken with mixed vegetables was equally as good. As I was digging in, I checked my credit card bill and thought they charged me the wrong amount. I called them immediately and despite it being in the middle of rush hour service on Saturday, they wanted to genuinely look into it despite seeing on their end that I was charged the correct amount. I spoke to the manager and he asked me to send him a screen shot which I did. I looked into it further and realized I was looking at the wrong line and immediately called them to let them know to disregard everything. They were in the middle of investigating when I called and were relieved when I apologized profusely and told them to stop looking, it was an error on my part. Not once did I hear an inflection of annoyance during this whole process, but I was treated like a valued regular customer. Try it. They have the best Chinese food in the area.“

When I got there, the woman (who is already so nice) told me they didn't accept AMEX cards. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash on me. So I said, "okay I'll be right back, I'll go grab cash!" Her reply was " No no, don't worry about it. Next time you order just tell us it's you! I couldn't believe it. I was like HUH?! How is someone being this kind ?!? I told her, she was insanely sweet and that I would be right back with cash payment. She goes "okay but don't rush, go and eat first and just come back whenever!" Don't worry i called as soon as I got home! How amazing are they?? This was super special to me, because I have MS and sometimes have issues walking and standing. In a time of need, the owner basically put my needs above hers. Just so sweet!!!“
