“I went in tonight a little after closing and the guys were cleaning up. I asked if they wer3 closed and was told yes. When I asked if anyplace else sold lobster roll Will politely said he didnt know of any place. And was kind enough to make is 2 lobster rolls after closing. Delicious and generous portions. Thanks Will. We had a long day and this was the perfect ending after getting everyone settled in for the night.“

“The bread was very delicious. It was the best bread in the whole world! My mom said the vegetable side was mostly shredded cabbage and not great. My mom felt a little silly wearing the lobster bib. I don't know why though. She looked great! My brother said the food was very good, but he did not finish his burger because it was so big. My father also enjoyed his lobster meal as well.

“Fresh and interesting menu. Everything we had was perfect. Smoked salmon and noodle aps were both great starters to share. Scallops, crab cakes, swordfish entrees were delicious. The desserts were lovely and generous portions. Not surprised to hear that this is a perennial favorite for many regulars.“

“I have used Lucky Bones’s Eric three times in the last five years for catering parties at my home/in my yard. Twice I also booked waitresses with my party. The food is always delicious, the service reliable. We ran out of chicken tenders for the kids once and they brought over a new batch! Everything is set up as ordered and arrives on time. You can’t go wrong with them for your party. My father’s small after-funeral reception was in their back room and my husband and I eat at the restaurant at least once a month. Highly recommend.“

“our server, jennifer, was so friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, efficient and one of the best servers i ever had. Sean, the manager and sommelier was so knowledgeable about wine and gave us great a recommendation on an exquisite bottle of wine, which paired perfectly with our dinner. this restaurant surpassed our expectations“

“I still don't understand why this restaurant isn't mentioned in the same sentence as the other “best” restaurants in Cape May. Even during the winter when the romantic porch is closed, it is still a great place for a romantic dinner and the food is second to none.“

“My friends and I had been wanting to try Provence, and it surpassed our expectations. Upon arrival, we were taken in by the stunning decor and historical architecture and character. LOVE the exquisite wallpaper throughout!
We decided on the 3 course meal and were in awe of the presentation, immersed in the delectable flavors, and impressed with the portion sizes. Many of us took home leftovers. All 6 of us were very pleased with our meals. I highly recommend Provence!“

Soups, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, pizza, entrees, desserts and beverages are available. It has a casual atmosphere. Live music is sometimes available. Customers can obtain parking nearby.“

“Just landed in Cape May looking for a place to grab a quick bite we stopped at the ugly mug in Cape May. The service was excellent. The crabcakes had so much crab in them that I could not finish them. Their coleslaw is excellent out of a 10 I would give this old-time Kate Bay Restaurant 10 out of 10.“

“We celebrated our 53rd anniversary there tonight. They could not have been nicer to us. They treated us to a very special evening. Balloons at the table and complimentary champagne. They also treated us to a dessert of our choice. The food was delicious. I think we found our new favorite restaurant.“

“We’ve been to Primal many times and we go all year round!! We went this past Saturday night. We had the same server last few times and as soon as we sat down he said, so sorry but the we’re out of the Yukon mashed…which is an excellent side we always get. We cried lol So we chose a different side. Our server comes back little while later with Yukon mashed Mia must’ve either just made for us or scraped from the pan 😂 So very nice!! Was delicious as always!! My son and I shared the porterhouse for 2 with lobster tail. My wife had the filet mignon. Excellent as always!!! Their 2 new apps…excellent!! They are so so nice at Primal and make us feel so comfortable all the time!! Thank you for another great meal!!! See you again soon!!!“
