“My family and I come here all the time for large family gatherings. The food is absolutely phenomenal here, especially the pecking duck buns and sweet and sour pork. We also love the soy sea bass, crispy chicken, ginger scallion lobster, pork chops and corn egg drop soup. One time we brought them king crab legs to cook and they cooked all of our king crab legs to perfection!! I don’t usually write google reviews but this place is so special to me and my family and adore this spot. The service is so fast and attentive and they are kind enough to provide free dessert whether that be fresh oranges, fresh fruit or even sometimes sweet red bean soup! “I’ve been ordering Chinese takeout back to living in Brooklyn for 20+ years. In almost all Chinese restaurant reviews, people always complain about delivery and how many shrimp they got. Just order pick up and don’t go to pricy places if u want to avoid being disappointed. I’ve bought from Madison Wok for 15 years now and never had a late order when ordering pick up here (usually 15 mins). The food tastes exactly as my local restaurant when I was a kid, so I can’t complain. For the price, consider how little you are paying for the amount of work and manpower going into it •• esp since it’s done so fast. Dao nearby has slightly less oil and flavor for a lot more money. I wanted to like it but just poor value since your deliver or pick up order price needs to support the wait staff. No American style Chinese food is healthy for you so stop thinking you’re doing something good by paying someone extra to do less oil, msg, etc. in summary, this is an old school place that gives you the standards for the least amount of money you’ll pay in this zip code. Not something to eat everyday, but when you need your fix for this kind of stuff. I recommend the pork dumplings, fried wings, curry chicken, wonton soup and any fried rice, plus the chow fun and generals chicken. My 3 kids never complain and no one has ever been sick. Sometimes I’m not crazy about the amount of meat but remember that I’m not paying $15 or $20 for a pint here, and the low prices are supporting a skeleton crew.“

“My friend recommended this place to me, having visited it 6 times in half a year! It’s really hard to find such a great seafood restaurant in the middle of New Jersey, where dining options are quite limited. I was surprised to find a place like this here, as it feels like the quality belongs somewhere in Manhattan. If this restaurant were in the city, it could easily rival Michelin-starred restaurants!

No joke, we ordered some of the most common dishes, but the quality was outstanding. When my cousin and I arrived, we couldn’t believe the prices—only $16 for fresh seafood! This is a highly recommended dish by my cousin. Nearly every table orders this. The fresh shrimp and cabbage are stir-fried to perfection with a fragrant oil. I once packed this dish for a colleague from Qingdao, and she raved about it all the way home!

Honestly, I would take an Uber to come here 6 times in half a month—this place is truly a hidden gem!
