“Let me start off by saying, if you want to complain about prices, don't even walk in the door. To get the optimal experience at any restaurant, you have to pay to play. So expect to spend about $70-100 per person here, this is a spot you take someone on a knock-it-out-of-the-park date or group gathering, you can't be a cheapskate. Now, to the food. Vietnamese BBQ is an intimate experience. Order the 7 course beef so you can try everything while the staff explains and helps you cook your meat. The electric grills are of the highest quality, the same ones they use at high-end Japanese yakiniku places, so the smoky taste on your cooked beef will be perfect. If you want to order a la carte, I highly recommend the Tomahawk, Madame Prawns and Charred Uni. Like I said, this is a place where you share your meal with friends and family so all the food is portioned that way.“

“It was an amazing experience that I give 5 ⭐️’s The menu was innovative and interesting and I love that the chef guides all the courses that come out of the kitchen. Being sea to table ensures the highest quality food and the technique from chef Daniel shines through in every dish. I will definitely be back!“

“Food overall was delicious, I tried one of the cocktails was also well made and tasty. Was a little noisy but expected from a popular restaurant. Service was great and always ask if we are good with everything or if we needed anything. A must try when in time square.“

“One of besr Banh mi shops in chinatown they also have lots of great viet dishes check out and explore the menu. They used to have a fried taro potato crisp with a prawn. Also if you want sandwich for later they can separate the veggies and stuff if you plan to ear sandwich tomorrow or later on. Just ask“

“Went here for the vegan banh mi. The guy running the counter and everything was very nice and place has no dining, so everything is take out. It is also CASH ONLY, although they do have an ATM machine inside. A little disappointed w/ the sandwich overall. He asked if I wanted mayo. Odd...considering you offer a vegan option but ask about mayo. At a minimum, offer vegan mayo as they are widely available now. The tofu just didn't "hit" like I thought they would. They were not as firm and so became somewhat soggy which changes the texture of the overall sandwich. It was okay, just not a great choice overall.“

“This is probably the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in NYC (get the Pho or any Bánh Mi!). Authentic and super fresh ingredients, paired with an energetic atmosphere, almost made me feel like I was in Saigon! Extremely kind and generous staff to top it off as one of the most pleasant NY restaurant experiences.“

“Bricolage was excellent. The food totally lived up to the hype. Every dish was packed with flavor, from the delicious summer rolls to the surprisingly flavorful charred eggplant salad. And the spicy garlic noodles were a fantastic main, blending a unique combination of sour, sweet, and savory into a delicious meal. The menu is a bit on the pricey side, but you definitely get your money's worth in terms of quality dishes. I'll be coming back for sure!“

“The food is delicious! Very sophisticated eg: fish sauce jelly, beef cheeks, clam pot in a coconut with sake..But the portions are designed for date nights instead of large crowds. The menu has been elevated to focus on a more French style. This is not a typical pho restaurant, if you are looking for a higher end Vietnamese French cuisine, definitely try it out.“

“Food was really good, but size of a dish was small. We paid $77 and I left restaurant hungry. Besides, I didn’t like plastic plates and extremely small restroom. If you don’t care about atmosphere, I would recommend to try this authentic Vietnamese food“

“Everything I've tried from here is amazing! Love the pork summer rolls, fried chicken dumpling, the broth in the pho is seasoned deliciously. Fast service! Everything is very reasonably priced for the amount and quality. It is cash only which can be inconvenient if you don't plan ahead. The atm next door has a really high fee to withdrawn.“

“So, I left the grumpy review below like 9 years ago. After living in New York for a bit, the prices don't shock me and I'm able to appreciate Saiguette for their convenience and nice flavors. They're now our go-to Banh Mi spot in the neighborhood. In the context of New York and the neighborhood, they're a great option.“

“This is my families favorite bah mi place in Brooklyn (and we have tried a bunch)! We get the chicken bah mi. All the ingredients are fresh and perfectly seasoned, each bite is so flavorful! The bread is the right balance of crunchy and soft too, which is something I am very picky about. lmpressively, I believe they make their own pate and mayo - which is so delicious!!I also LOVE their andes mint hot chocolate!!Couldn't recommend the place enough - are excited to try more things on the menu!“

“We enjoyed a lovely dinner here. Chicken wings stole the show, incredibly tasty and crispy. They offer a wide range of Pho (noodle) as well. Desserts are also must-try, the coconut jelly and the creamcheese yoghurt are sooo refreshing while not too sweet. Will defo come back to try their House special rice and spring rolls.“

“The first time I tried this place I couldn’t stop thinking about it for days. It is authentic, clean, and the flavor lives in my dreams. I love the build your own pho option, the raw eye of round is so fresh, I can’t get enough of their brisket, and their delicate but deeply flavorful broth brings everything together into the most comforting experience. The banh mi baguette is everything you can ask for, perfectly crunchy and soft, and every filling is great. I’m not one to write reviews but from the first time I tried this place I knew the dedication and love the staff puts into this absolute gem, everything is delicious.“

“The food was delicious and the service was great. However, as we ordered way too much food, we barely ate the lamb and asked to have most of it to go. Unfortunately only when we got home, we realised that half of the dish was missing (all the vegetables and tortillas)“

“As with all Asian spots, always try to time your visit when it's not busy. Interior is simple and really samples the street elements of Saigon - sheet metal, wooded sloted window panes, cafe du mond all over. Menu design has a dope ode to their Vietnamese history - important because identity plays into how authentic the food will turn out.Ordered the BBH. Clean & absolutely flavorful broth. Service was really prompt. Soup came out in less than 10m, just like how they used to speed serve at the the old Miss Saigon in dtjc. That's top tier quality & service for me. 10s across the board. I've found my new soup spot since New Thanh Hoai had to shut down“

“Great (huge) sandwiches, great price, and the owner is a great guy.He had already closed up and turned the grill off when I came up to him and fired it back up to get me a banh mi. I didn’t ask him to and told him it was alright but he insisted.I furthermore didn’t have cash so he made it work with one of the other carts so i could get my sandwich.“

“Deliriously delicious shop in the East Village! The sandwich rolls were the best I've tasted in NYC and perfectly toasted. My love and I enjoyed The Hog, a vermicelli and meat salad with the best fish sauce, and a lamb taco. I especially was impressed with the cleanliness and food handling. Go to "about us" to read the interesting story of the two friends/owners who we were so fortunate too meet at Wheelers in Sheepshead Bay.“

I was a little spectacle about ordering a sandwich in a boba shop but I must say the bbq pork sandwich was delicious. It was so flavorful and with a good amount of spice ! They service is quick and the staff are super helpful and friendly. There is a small heated outdoors dining area for you to sit also! I will be back to try the signature bbq pork sandwich next time!“

“Fantastic small Vietnamese restaurant, with great food, even better service and ok seating. For a small location, they made good use of their limited space and they communicate regularly if the food will be delayed. My only small complaint would be probably due to the kitchen being so close and the ventilation not being great, our clothes had the food smell afterwards but I won't take a star off since it wasn't too bad. I know their prices will go up eventually but their current price for their food quality is hard to beat.“
