“Excellent food and outstanding staff. Our server was Jen and she couldn’t have been nicer. My nephew, Max Clayton, is performing in White Christmas at the Papermill. We were a group of 10 from NH looking for a place for dinner before the show. Max raved about the food at the Millburn Standard and recommended we go there. The staff was friendly, very accommodating to our large party (we did call for reservations, but they don’t take them) and the food was excellent (get the nachos!) They were just as nice when we came back after the play just to sit and have drinks. I feel like they went out of their way to accommodate us and we are all most appreciative. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“High Life Skii Club held a 60th anniversary party on Nov 1 with 99 members attending. With an assorted buffet menu and a live band, our members had a memorable evening in the private room of Tavern 73. The cash bar was very busy, and people raved about the food as they left this 4-hour event. Special thanks to Kaya and Gail for the excellent job they did to help to organize and execute this event. They were Best! Thank you, Tavern 73. High Life will not forget you!“

“I cannot recommend this venue enough! The room was absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life, including customizing the napkin colors to match my baby shower theme, adjusting the icing color for my cake, and arranging the room exactly how I wanted it.

They were also very flexible with both setup and cleanup times, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. The service throughout the event was exceptional—every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. There was plenty of space to have tables for gifts, desserts, favors, raffle/games, and food.

The food was outstanding and one of the highlights of the day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was, and it was such a thoughtful touch that they allowed guests to take leftovers home.

A special thank you to Tom, who was incredible to work with. He truly cared about making my baby shower special and made sure every detail reflected what I had envisioned. Thanks to him and the entire team, my day was absolutely perfect.

“Good and quick service. Best empanadas we ever had. Based on those, the philly cheese steaks were a let down. More bread than filling, hardly any cheese. Tap beer was flat as a Guinness, and wasn't supposed to be. Holiday mule was good.“

Patricio and Dylan were the most considerate, kind, attentive and understanding waiters I have ever met in my entire life. After dining in the tri-state area my whole life, exploring cities like Chicago and LA through food, I’ve been conditioned and numb to lackluster waitstaff and typically take the approach of trying just to avoid them spitting in my food, but Patricio and Dylan completely floored me in their attention to detail, knowledge, and service that showed me exactly what good waiters could be. Living with GI issues and intolerances, I consistently feel like an inconvenience at restaurants and that the entire responsibility of making sure I don’t fall ill after dining is based on how I modify the menu and pick around my plate. EXCEPT here at Rails with Patricio and Dylan, I had the first care-free dining experience in my life, their thoughtfulness allowed me to be truly present with my family, enjoy the wonderful food being served, and just live in the moment, which is so important to me. Dylan was explicit in the detail of every dish and always helped me navigate what was coming around and being served. Now, back to the tears, when I subtly mentioned in passing to Patricio that I couldn’t eat dairy and couldn’t partake in the birthday cake, he brought me a delicious sorbet flight, unprompted, just so that I could feel a part of the festivities. “Great Food, Great Service Great Atmosphere. So we were bummed when we saw they closed the original location because how much we loved the place. We were relieved when they announced they were opening up in a much more appropriate and highly upgraded venue. This was perfect timing for us to celebrate our 9 year anniversary here. Upon arriving the inside captures the comfort and style of the Livingston location and then improves upon it with the beautiful outside seating area. Now onto the food which is just as good if not better than the original location im glad to see the quality has remained consistent. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wifes pasta dish was packed with quality flavor. The drink menu was definitely brought to the next level as well everything seemed like it was fine tuned and everything we tried was on point and had its own unique delicious flavor profile. Andy behind the bar was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to about the different cocktails. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was great it wasn't youre traditional kind but we loved the spin they put on it with the cake and ice-cream. Lastly for service Jonathan took amazing care of us and made our special day very memorable along with the rest of the staff. Everyone that came by the table was professional and had a smile on their face. They all seemed happy and took pride in their work which was nice to see. “Visited with friends for Dinner and Drinks, and we all had a great time. Cocktail options were limited but they were strong. Most of the Food item was good, but the Chicken was a little bit dry.

Service was a bit relaxed despite the place being not that crowded but the Staff were friendly and polite. Overall, pretty good option for Dinner and Drinks.“

“Fun place on a weekend with live music and outdoor dining. Ordered a margarita burger one day for lunch and it had no basil and no marinated tomatoes. Just lettuce and sliced tomato with mozzarella / If the owner or manager is reading this - please don’t sell that hamburger without basil & marinated tomato because it just becomes a basic cheeseburger with mozzarella instead of American that’s costs more. I would’ve preferred the regular cheeseburger if I was aware the basil and marinated tomato were not available!“

“We love Splendid Rooftop. It's my favorite local rooftop. We love the pizza and Bruchetta. Drinks are made well. Always has good music playing. On colder nights they offer blankets which is amazing because on this particular night It seemed like some heaters werent operating. Service was a little slow but it wasn't a big deal, we were enjoying are conversations and atmosphere.“

“Recently had a great shopping experience at Eataly in the Short Hills Mall. I stopped in for some Too Good To Go bags and was really impressed with both the food quality and value. I also had a quick conversation with the Procurement Manager in the pasta dept, super nice and knowledgeable, about wheat and my gluten intolerance. He explained that all ingredients included in their prepared foods are sourced directly from Italy, completely authentic. When I returned home I tried small portions of their rigatoni and focaccia bread and had no reaction. It's amazing that I can now have real pasta and bread again! Kudos to that Team member!! The Too Good To Go bags were fantastic! Caprese salad, chicken noodle soup, pasta with roasted peppers, risotto with tomato sauce, plus a bakery bag with artisan sourdough bread and pastries, which my son loved! Great food and great people at the Eataly, highly recommend this location!“
