“I visited Spirit on 9/20/2024..as date night for 1. The barbecue wings and Caesar salad was delicious. The mango margarita from the Happy Hour menu was ok(needed more tequila 😉) The atmosphere was cool even though I’m not a Hookah subscriber and Hookahs were at every table.
Once I asked for my check I noticed that an automatic 20% gratuity was added to my bill.
I inquired with the waiter and he replied that it’s automatic 😳 I asked if it was stated on the menu and he said yes. He then returned with the menu and it said (4 or more people a 20% gratuity will be added). He stilled looked perplexed -I asked for the manager -and when he came over -I explained my concern and he then said, “ Let me explain-our system automatically adds 20% because of UFC😳
Excuse me sir , I replied-there’s no UFC on tonight… and then he said I’ll take it off your bill. FYI… if you’re going to visit Spirit with 3or less persons, PLEASE check your bill.
I’m not sure if I’ll visit Spirit in the future.“

“Always promised myself on my next trip to NYC I would go to The Dead Rabbit. I am so pleased I got to do it. The staff the cocktails the food and the decor & cleanliness were A1. Loved the welcome my friend and I got, (even when we were a bit late for our booking) throughout the service from the fabulous servers. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Bloody brilliant 👏“

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

Great vibes all around. We both got the happiest meal with the double smash burger and fries, was seriously one of the best burgers I’ve had! They made the night very special for me and my partner. Amazing decor, great ambiance, it was packed and lively on a Saturday night around 10pm in contrast to the quiet streets of downtown brooklyn. We absolutely loved the Raspberry Shrub drink - the white vinegar added a little bit of a sour kick and made the cocktail one of the most memorable we’ve had. Super unique menu and fun food items. “I love bathtub gin for a girls night! Went there with my squad and it was a lot of fun! The music was groovy!! The ambience was beautiful with a bathtub right in the center of the place.
