“I came here thinking I was going to have a modest, run of the mill quick lunch and instead I found a delicious feast in this small, pristine, uplifting atmosphere with the friendliest service and fine festive food that immediately gave a lift to my long work day! The young counter girl from Medellin that doubled as a server was as cheery and as helpful as can be. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa to get a nice melange of all that Colombia has to offer and I haven't had Colombian food this good since I was in Colombia! It was presented so delicately detailed that it was a feast for the eyes as well as the senses. I could barely finish it when the lovely hostess offered me a selection of fruity empanadas for dessert which I had to have boxed up and had my mango empanada for a delicious breakfast the next morning. “Recently went and although the food and waiter staff were great, we were expecting what we seen on here. There was no performances. An empty space. Apparently there's a 2 hr gap between brunch and dinner. The booking site allowed for a 4pm reservation. When we arrived we were accommodated but looked at funny. We found out that brunch had ended at 3pm. I was really hoping for the full experience I seen here and paid alot and didn't get it.“

“I was so excited to spend my birthday at Leticia's. The food and service were fine, and the atmosphere seemed lively enough, but the night ended in total heartbreak. My husband had specifically arranged for a sweet birthday surprise—a simple dessert and a song—and the hostess completely forgot. Watching the night end in absolute silence without even a mention of my birthday was devastating. It completely ruined what should have been a special moment. Remind the hostess or server several times about anything special you want yo do.“

“My wife and I came here for dinner tonight, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were just as impressive, and the atmosphere had such a great vibe.

I had the Caipirinha, and my wife ordered the Passion Fruit Lychee Martini—both were fantastic and made perfectly.

The highlight of our visit was our bartender, Ricardo. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He took the time to explain the menu, gave great recommendations, and his service really elevated the entire experience.

I go very often when the work week gets crazy and there isn’t time to cook. Everything at Claudy’s is exceptional and taste better than a home cooked meal. I usually do take out family meal with a whole chicken and two sides. They have truly the most flavorful chicken, incredible chaufa, and I always get the yucca fries on the side. Their Aji empanadas are my go to and I love getting an 8 oz homemade green sauce. I cannot recommend enough!“

“The food gets 5 out of 5. It was simply delicious, and we have nothing but good things to say about it. I had the T-bone steak, while my girlfriend had the filet mignon, and both were truly, truly delicious.

The ambiance gets 2 out of 5. It simply wasn't our cup of tea. The restaurant was dimly lit with neon lights, which, in our opinion, didn't pair particularly well with the atmosphere we would expect from a a place where the food should be the main attraction. Also, the music was very loud and we had to ask for it to be lowered.

As for the service, our waitress gets 1.5 out of 5. She was friendly, but we felt that she was quite unprofessional, both in the way she was dressed and in her overall behavior and level of service. She brought us our food but never checked on us afterward, and we actually had to get our own steak knife. There was also what appeared to be a friend of hers, or possibly another staff member, sitting two tables away from us. They spent much of the time chatting, and honestly, it gave us the impression that they were doing us a favor by serving us rather than making us feel welcome as customers.

The bar was also an issue. The phone kept ringing with an extremely loud ringtone, which was quite disruptive. Later, when we wanted dessert, we decided to have coffee instead. We ordered two cappuccinos, and our waitress simply smiled and said no, without giving us any explanation as to why. This was particularly confusing because there was a large coffee machine right inside the restaurant.

Overall, the food was superb, and it's really the main reason we would consider coming back. Unfortunately, the service was lacking, and that's what is making us hesitate about returning. It's a shame, because the quality of the food was excellent, but the overall experience left us somewhat disappointed.“
