“Drove here with a buddy from Woodbridge nj and I’m really happy I did . They have 180 choices of wing flavors from sauces to dry rubs. Wings meaty and crispy the way wings should be ! The lip smackers were the star of the show !! Our server joe was on point , top tier service 💯 . I will definitely be coming back 😎“

The soft shell crab & shrimp cocktail appetizers were exceptional. And we had the 30 oz porterhouse steak to share. Cooked to perfection. Finally, the steak sauce that is prepared at your table is epic. Highly, highly recommend!! Be informed - it does get loud in there when full of customers. Still can't wait to to go back!“

A special thank-you to Leo, our waiter, who delivered exceptional service the entire time — attentive, warm, and on point with every detail.

And the food… absolutely delicious.
The French toast, the autumn hash, the oatmeal pancakes, and that biscuit — the biscuit deserves its own shout-out — everything was outstanding. Every plate was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.

I came on Thursday for the $1 jumbo wings deal. Unfortunately the wings were mediocre at best with soft skin and a bland sauce. The blue cheese tasted nice and fresh however. I coincidentally came during the US Open and they were serving the famous Honey Deuce! This was delicious and even came in the branded cup.

I find The Wolfe to be a nice spot to come for some classic American Food and to get a drink with your coworkers or friends. The vibe was definitely chill after work hang out and catching a game on the many TVs. This also seems like a nice spot to get brunch if you’re in the area.“

“Hands down the best hole-in-the-wall restaurant I’ve ever been to! You walk into what feels like a cozy dive bar, but when you ask to sit in the dining room, they take you through the kitchen to the back—and wow, it’s like stepping into a hidden gem packed with memorabilia everywhere you look. I didn’t even know where to start taking it all in!

The owner personally went around to every table, greeting everyone and chatting with us about the history of the place—which alone deserves 10 stars. Every single dish we tried was absolutely fantastic. The baked clams were massive, and the garlic clams in that buttery garlic sauce? I could honestly drink it with a spoon. Then came the steaks—perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

To top it all off, the chef came out to greet everyone too and asked how everything was. It’s such a rare touch that made us feel like family, like we’d been regulars for years. And for the kids—there’s even a fun little scavenger hunt, which is such a cute idea!

“This is a beautiful restaurant and the food was excellent. I highly recommend treating yourself to a meal here is you have never done so. It is a little pricey, but not out of reach. I made the reservations only about a week ahead and was surprised there were openings, but it was a week before they would be decorated for Christmas, so many people were probably waiting to eat there when is is in holiday style.“
