We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Been here a bunch of times now. Overal the service is 10/10. And I have been going to the point pleasant original place for the last 25+ years, so it's solid at this location. I eat here specifically because the sub service is such good quality the majority of the time. Another comment said he felt discrimination because he was white. Well, it's never a skin thing but a sin thing, and don't ever forget, it was an African man that helped the Lord Jesus carry his cross.“

In particular, there is a young woman who works on Saturday mornings who prepares exceptional sandwiches. Whenever she is on shift, everything looks fresh, and the quality of the sandwich is outstanding. I usually see her only on Saturday mornings, but she always delivers a perfectly made sandwich.“
