“We lived in nyc for 30 years. Recently moved to DE. God only knows how much we miss the nyc culture. Nothing holds a candle to it. Thank you Aaron for such a delightful lunch today at your restaurant. Best Manhattan I’ve had in a long long time! You were so attentive and accommodating. Service the best! “In a world of declining service, The Capital Grille shines ever brighter with an experience more outstanding than usual! My meal was timed perfectly, and I was checked in on regularly by my server and the staff. I ended up dining by myself but never felt alone. Kristina provided exceptional service and was even kind enough to notice I was wearing black pants, and looked for a black napkin so there wouldn't be any transfer from the white napkin. Although there weren't any, I appreciated the attention to detail. Thank you so much for another wonderful dining experience. 5 stars!!!“

“María was an exceptional server/waitress. She was very attentive and very kind and interactive with us. We were a party of 9 and she made sure everything went well. Our Goucho Johnny M was AMAZING! Was always attentive to the meat temperature and made sure everyone was pleased especially during Mother’s Day all the moms loved and guests love him! The quality of the meat and pineapple were prime! If we come back we would love to see them again.“

There are many steakhouses in NYC, but this small, quaint one had it all - atmosphere, service and amazing food !I was traveling alone and sat at the bar (seats for 4 at the bar proper and a few cocktail tables)My host for the evening was a lovely man from Albania, Sheriff. My steak was perfectly medium rare and the wine recommendation paired perfectly. There is a small area for outside seating on a beautiful night and the staff if friendly and accommodating.“

“This place is authentic Brazilian rodizio with great meat selection insane salad bar with seafood and salad and Fejoada .we loved it excellent staff and the owners are hands on we dined on Friday and it was very busy but drinks came right away tasty caipirinia .We loved espresso martinis and my friend ordered chocolate martini yummm .Highly recommending .we took our time and we werent chased away from table .Very accommodating staff .Thank You and good luck“

“Sparks is an institution in NYC, but I thought the food was not quite up to my expectations. Again, for these kinds of prices and at $150 per person on food alone, I always expect goodness, if not greatness. The cocktail shrimp tasted ok but lacked that plumpness and freshness, the caprese had good mozzarella but really poor tomatoes, the steaks were large in size and of good quality, but not over the top tastewise, the veal chop was big and pretty tasty, the sides (hash browns, mashed potatoes and spinach) were just ok, nothing to rave about. It is tough to express the feeling of "almost there"... We ordered a dessert (tiramisu) that was nice but a small portion for the price. The staff, from the bar to the host and waitstaff, were all great and pleasant. Straight to the point, steakhouse style, but no rudeness as in some other similar establishments... The venue itself was nice and clean, the decor felt like it's been in its juice for a while, but that makes its charm. To conclude, I am happy to have been there for the experience (old school NYC vibes for sure...), but I am not certain that I'll need to return.“

“It had been many years since I had been to BLT PRIME but it had lost none of its excellence in either the food, ambiance or service categories. My son and I occupied a nice roomy corner booth and enjoyed a delicious Porterhouse steak along with the delicious POPOVERS (large and scrumptious ) , preceded by super appetizers. Desserts were super as well. My one minor peeve is the absence of MAKERS MARK Bourbon for my pre dinner Manhattan, a surprising omission in a steak place of this caliber, but the Woodstock replacement proved to be a decent alternative. Our sitting was at 12:30 on a Friday and found that the venue wasnt that busy which made it rather quiet and didnt add to ambiance but not a major deal for us. The views out to Central Park make this location a great pick for a high quality dining experience with amazing views.“

“We took our 22year old son here for his birthday. He loves steak and the ribeye did not disappoint. We drove an hour to eat here and his words were “it was so worth the drive”. The only problem I had was that all the seafood they serve is farm raised. I will never eat farm raised anything so I was a bit disappointed. However, I quickly rebounded when I ate the penne all a vodka. It was to die for. The truffle fries were delicious and the desserts were out of this world. We will definitely come back.“

Last night the bar was crowded, but we requested that if a spot opened in the bar could we sit there. By the time we got there a spot had opened and they reserved the spot for us. The manager Angela was very pleasant and told us about the history of the restaurant and asked us about our visit to NYC. We were treated to their amazing chocolate cake! “The shrimp cocktail is a delight as is the filet mignon and their basket of rolls. I would skip dessert though, especially the chocolate mousse and the key lime pie. Subpar to say the least. Better to share a dessert with someone if you decide you must order a dessert. If it's bad, just send it back. With the prices they charge, diners should get some type of dessert on the House.“

“Old school steakhouse with some of the best steaks in Manhattan. Execution is as close to perfect as you’ll find anywhere. If ever you want a crisp char to a steak whether medium, rare or even blue rare, they know how to do it. It ranks number one on my global steakhouse list.“

Packs a slight punch and refreshing. Our appetizers were the grilled octopus and shrimp in garlic sauce - both excellent! For dinner, I had a huge swordfish steak, lightly blackened and grilled perfectly. My wife had the stuffed lobster, and our friends had paella - loaded with seafood.
