“Stopped in 90min before closing, around 5pm. First off, everything on the menu sounded really good and my wife were kind of torn... The owner literally immediately engaged us and was like "tell me what you're feelin?" - this gentleman steered us to sandwich paradise ?

We decided to split a large classic Italian sub with a couple changes and ended up with a 12" sub (but I'd bet someone it was more like 14") with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone. Added lettuce/tom/oil/vinegar/mayo with salt n pepper and some oregano. The cost was $17.05 ($8.50 all in with tax each if splitting) and this bad boy was plenty for the two of us!

They *only* use Boars Head meats/cheeses and let me tell you, it absolutely SHOWED!! High quality ingredients result in a high quality product and this was no exception! It was the absolute best f***ing sandwich either of us have had in a long time! This guy was a true artisan and master of his craft!

Stop in and get an Italian sub and I promise that not only will you not be disappointed but you'll be amazed and enjoy the best sandwich you've had in recent memory!

We plan on going back again real soon to try the Philly cheese steak, get another Italian sub and try the Mac salad which also looked amazing. Will update this review or post another one when we do!

I’m not sure of his role, but a manager/supervisor was training a new employee, and he was very attentive and kind to both the customers and the trainee. And the attention to detail was chef’s kiss. “This is such a great place. The food is wonderful the atmosphere is great and service is out of this world. I would recommend if your sick or just a soup lover to get their chicken and rice soup. Its thick and hearty with shredded chicken. The fresh mozzarella is like 10 dollars for this small ball but worth it. They make great spaghetti sauce and have wonderful sandwiches too but I'm cutting back on bread so I can't say I've had them that much“

I would have to order 56 sandwiches with 3 to 4 different choices.
Our bus wouldn't arrive to our hotel until after 8:00 pm
(after your normal business hours)
Upon our arrival, someone would deliver our lunches that evening for the next day.
I have always appreciated the extra mile that they went for our bus group.
The sandwiches were always delicious.

“Everything is good but the owner has to fix the toilet flapped chain. This is the second time in 2 months that I’ve been there and I found the bowl of the toilet dirty because the chain of the toilet’s handle don’t pull nothing. Also, the liquid soap bottle is empty and the paper toilet dispenser is empty.

“I am a charter pilot. I had a flight from Toronto Canada to Teterboro NJ (with a quick turn) to Guyana South America to Miami FL. It was a 16+ hour day. Only two pilots, no flight attendant and no food for us. The day before, I contacted Matthew at the store, ordered and paid for two sandwiches and the Airport Staff at Signature Flight support West was kind enough to pick it up. Half way to Guyana I opened the bag and found three subs and two containers of cookies. I thought we got someone elses order but no, Matthew had given us an extra sub and cookies for the long trip. And they were delicious.
Service is one thing, but he went way above and beyond, and it made our day, which was long and grueling.

“Modest, sub shack with on-street parking near busy intersection of Clifton. This spot is a hidden gem serving up delicious, fresh, thinly sliced cold cuts and hot hero sandwiches for the locals. The shop is small, and no real dining area, but they put the attention where it belongs--on the subs! The rolls they use are soft and chewy. Onions are shaved, lettuce Shredded, nice size tomato, oil vinegar, and seasonings. Boom! It's perfection. And I don't know what I appreciate more, the smiling service the 2 guys serve up with the food or the outrageously reasonable pricing, but seriously guys, go out and support this little shop 2 doors down from Mr. Cupcake. You won't be disappointed, just thank me later.“

“I’ve been going here for years and absolutely love the fresh food. My go-to as of lately is the turkey- Italian spinach wrap. The veggies are so good too, it’s a great value for what you get and there are 2 people that work there who are amazingly kind, professional and wonderful customer service.

Vegetarian options: They have watercress!!! Amazing.

Dietary restrictions: I remember asking about the ingredients from the wrap last year and the woman easily shared with me.“

“The owner and staff are relatively friendly. The business does not seem to get much incoming traffic. They do have regulars, which is good. Their menu is a fairly decent size and selection. The environment is quiet, peaceful, and very clean! They offer a variety of bottled beverages, sides, chips, and a small selection of desserts. My dad and I ordered the 24-inch Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak, which was chicken with buffalo wing sauce and blue cheese sauce. The buffalo sauce had a kick, although it was not too spicy. The blue cheese sauce was creamy and shockingly tasty. This especially surprised me since I do not like blue cheese, and I enjoyed theirs. The owner was nice enough to offer lettuce, tomato, and onion. We opted out since my dad does not eat any of those. Otherwise, I would have added them. I was also unsure if they would have put them on only half the sandwich. The size we ordered was the largest of the three sandwich sizes.The three sizes are Small, Primo, and Whole. The sandwich was considerably delightful. The bread was warm, fresh, and toasted. The chicken seemed to be grilled white meat; particularly, I believe it was breast meat. In fact they even put a great portion of chicken within the sandwich. The buffalo sauce was not too spicy, just a little kick and pretty tolerable. My dad felt the drink he had with his half-help relieved the spice and felt the drink was needed to help eat the sandwich to avoid any spice. The blue cheese was creamy and really tasty, as previously mentioned. The prepacked dessert(the killer brownie company "flavor kitchen sink")was definitely not the highlight of this place. I felt it was slightly soft and crunchy. Just particularly unappetizing, and I would not get it again. Overall, the experience was quite enjoyable and pleasant. Today I visited this location at lunch time. We all know how that can sometimes go during peak hours. Not this place.

1. The team is totally in sync & super nice.
2. They are fast & efficient with getting your order done.
3. The person dressing your order keeps their entire area IMMACULATE. I’ve noticed other locations get sloppy in this area, not here!!
4. The tables and dine-in area are CLEAN.
