“Visited on Wednesday night to celebrate mine and my husbands wedding that day and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by lovely friendly staff. We were seated quickly and were introduced to our server. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was fantastic. We opted for the Korean bacon to start and we both had the butchers feast. Outstanding. The steak was beautiful and the dishes that came with it were amazing too. The short rib and egg soufflé were my favourite. “Looking for relaxing evening at a nearby place, I stopped into Empire Steak. Service was excellent and helpful with lots of recommendations. I went with the beef short ribs and I've never seen ribs this ginormous. The meat fell of the bone and through the folk - scrumptious.“

We always requested for Alexis but last night we had a different server named Eric and he was also very great and very attentive. The host stand, server, and the manager really made my boyfriend and I 9 year anniversary dinner special and we couldn't be any happier. The food was amazing and we always get the 22 oz prime bone in ribeye and the truffled Mac and cheese and it has been our go to meal and of course they have the most amazing oysters! They have a great variety of specialty drinks and wines that pairs very well with the food. This is a very highly recommended place and they have gained new regulars!“

The steak, I and my colleague got was lack luster. The steak was not juicy and tasted dry or old cut of meat, I requested medium rare but it was cooked more to medium. They are most known steak but has not shine in that department.

I didn’t give feedback about the steak to staff because I was at business meeting and did not want to ruin the mood.

For drinks, we had the Roseate (a creative take on the lychee martini), Pornstar Martini, Gulf Stream, and Birds of Paradise, all delicious! I had the Kansas City dry aged and wow I don’t know if I’ll ever have a better steak. Cooked to perfection, and the flavor is exquisite. I got it with the broccolini, and it was the perfect balance with the crunchiness and greens. Don’t even get me started on the drinks, the boulevardier is also the best I’ve ever had, perfect if you also are into Negronis but prefer bourbon. This is the hallmark of a NYC high tier restaurant experience. Will come back again and again.“

I had the filet with macaroni and cheese and who would have thought that was the best part. We are from Mississippi and my husband ask me what was my favorite part about our trip and I’m like “Strip House!”“

Better to share a dessert with someone if you decide you must order a dessert. If it's bad, just send it back. With the prices they charge, diners should get some type of dessert on the House.“

“Food are surprisingly not bad. Ordered a poke bowl and Mrs D fried chicken. The fried chicken was juicy, and skin was crunchy and crispy though it is more of a dried spice type of chicken. There is a bench with 4 tiny tables for dine-up and 2 bathroom. Will definitely order again.“

Ambiance (5/5): We were seated immediately on a Friday during lunch peak hours. There were very few occupied tables in the large establishment. The decorations provided a feeling of class and sophistication. Mood lighting is on the dark side but it was dead silent considering no guests in sight.
Service (5/5): Our wait staff was on the ready from beginning to end. Plates were cleared, crumbs removed, and often check ins.
Crispy Chicken Sandwich (5/5): Everything was done right!! the chicken had a lovely breading that had tons of flavor on it’s own. Not too much of it, not that oily, and a great exterior crunch to a juicy piece of chicken. The Korean BBQ glaze was delicious and paired well with the large cut house-made pickles and brioche bun. The sprinkled sesame seeds (white & black) were a nice artesian spin that also gave it an extra flavor!
Truffle Fries (4/5): The fries were truffle-forward and a light crunch to soggy (It needed more of a crisp for it to really knock it out of the park)
The restaurant would get brownie points if management provided a wet towelette bc the glaze was very sticky!“
