“So to be honest the food is so GOOOD LIKE AMAZING because the egg roll is so delicious and the fired chicken it so gooodd i would recommend the egg roll and fired chicken but the only that made me confused was the floor the floor was a mess and the wall is super dirty. And also is flys too and they prices are kinda high but overall they food is so amazing so I give it a 3.9 I just wouldn’t recommend dining in but overall they food is so amazing and delicious but the table was dirty so we had to clean it up but the food is good hot n fresh“

parking: NEW UPDATE: The city should help with the parking and help fix the restaurant, it would be nice, because those Chinese employees work really hard to help the customers, so it would be a nice gesture, I am also glad that they have two days off now, they deserve it...“

“Little disappointed at this place. Saw they had Crispy Beef with Fresh Honey Walnuts Beef with a bed of steamed broccoli in a sweet brown sauce topped with sugared walnuts. Not crispy as from can see in pic. Was this really beef also? Walnuts were plain as well.Steamed Spinach Dumplings were a bit dry . Hunan Dumplings Spinach and beef dumplings topped with spicy peanut sauce. Spicy. I got not spicy but were very good. Would I try again. Yes think I would.“

“I have not dined in yet, because I like to eat at home, so I can say these dumplings and buns travel very well. I love the pork and scallion dumplings, and the noodle dishes are so refreshing. I can't help but order tanghulu every time as well for a sweet refreshing crunchy dessert, and every drink I've had has been so good! Love the fruity teas, herbals teas, and creamy drinks. “We have been ordering take out from China 23 since they opened and have always been satisfied with the quality of the food. My last order I mistakenly ordered "volcano" wonton instead of the regular. I didn't realize my goof until I got home and read the receipt. I called back and they told me they make me the wonton right away if I would come back to pick it up. When I returned, I was told no charge for the regular wonton. “What up guys! So I have been going here for my lunch break at least 3 times a week for the last 3 years and let me tell you, they are super friendly, CONSISTENT fresh food, great customer service. I highly recommend giving trying this place out. I either get shrimp w/broccoli with white rice, chicken w/broccoli in garlic sauce extra garlic sauce with white rice, 2 spicy salmon rolls and 2 spicy tuna rolls w/spicy mayo and eel sauce on the side oh yeah they have sushi too..😌, or chicken wings with shrimp fried rice I enjoy changing it up because everything is really that good.“

“Honestly, this place ruined Chinese food for me anywhere else. The food is consistently insane. The boneless spare rib tips are hands down the best I’ve ever. The dumplings are incredible, and their Hot & Sour soup is on another level. I’ve tried countless Chinese spots over the years and nothing comes close to this place.

What really separates them is they don’t cheap out. They’re generous with the sauces, portions, and noodles — which is rare now. You can tell they actually care about the food and the customer experience instead of cutting corners like most places do. If you know good Chinese food, this spot is elite.“

I had found one takeout place in Mendham that has done really well for years and when I work in that area I order it. On a whim I asked them how theirs was and said I would let her know. I stopped eating just to write how much I love this spot. I order almost once a week. The food never disappoints and I believe they truly deserve 5 stars. They have wonderful customer service, always pleasant when I call, speedy delivery, and quality food (and packaging) There is no other chinese food in bergen country i’ve found that I can say has all of these qualities about them. Tonight I ordered sweet and sour chicken with chicken lo mein. The lo mein is so good I would give it a 9/10. The sweet and sour chicken is my favorite. 10/10. Highly recommend if you want quick delivery and great chinese food.“

“We are seriously SO impressed with Essex Chinese Kitchen. The food is amazing — everything tasted incredibly fresh, flavorful, and high quality. And on top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the portions you get.

We ordered the bubble teas (brown sugar milk tea and original milk tea), and they were SO good — perfectly balanced with that floral black tea flavor coming through. Not overly sweet, just smooth and refreshing.

I got the golden fried brown shrimp with fried rice and it was FIRE. Crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend ordered the chicken and broccoli, and they absolutely do NOT skimp on portions. The serving sizes were generous and so satisfying.

The staff were also super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

“I love Great Wall. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid, all throughout college, and still today! They’re so patient & kind. My order is always ready within 10 minutes, always hot & fresh. Large portions for a great price. It’s easy to order from the restaurant’s website. I recommend scallion pancakes, cold sesame noodles, and the soups. “Fairlawn's Hunan Wok is a fantastic restaurant. I've been going there for approximately 15 years, and I still really like the meal. Although their cuisine isn't as greasy as that of some Chinese restaurants, I would argue that their pricing are a little expensive! Anyone in the neighborhood searching for delicious Cantonese cuisine should definitely check it out, in my opinion. The proprietors are welcoming and will always make you feel welcome.“

“The food at this Chinese restaurant is super good. I recently moved to Fairfield and needed to find a good spot for Chinese takeout out. So, I tried joy wok. I ordered sesame chicken combo and the Mongolian beef. They were both super good. I don’t normally like my sesame chicken a little spicy and they made it just right for me.
The customer service is also great. I had accidentally ordered white rice with the Mongolian beef and when I picked up my order they switched it to fried rice right away with no extra charge. Everyone there is super nice. Definitely recommend if you are in the area in search of a good Chinese spot.“

“New Blue Sky is so good that I’m genuinely convinced Vincent Lin has a secret lab in the back making the food scientifically addictive. Every time I say “I’ll just order a little,” I somehow leave with enough food to feed a village.
