“Great experience. A couple snafus but it was Mothers day and a hectic day for servers. The snafus were handled promptly and without even asking the manager came over to apologize and make sure I knew they were on it. Very pleasant experience. Food was absolutely delicious and one of the better meals I have had.“

“I liked making my reservation online. The hostess brought us to the booth I had requested. The re-vamped large room is cozy. The lighting is a little too low though. I had to use my phone light to read the menu. Our server was challenged with the 6 tables he was serving. So, the service was not as good as usual. I had 4 of the largest shrimp in my shrimp cocktail. I thought the presentation was a bit odd though. The extra large, round bowl full of ice, seemed like a big waste of ice. The smaller loaf of bread was very tasty. The steak house salad came in a new elongated bowl, which worked well. My petite steak looked lonely on the big plate. I don't know why my friend had his large baked potato served on a small square bread plate. It was hard for him to eat. The food was good. It's too bad the prices have risen like everywhere else.“

“Had a wonderful dining experience and can't wait for my rehearsal dinner here! Stopped in the other day with my mom to try the food out. Was very pleased with the service and the food. The owner was a delight to speak to and his staff was very kind and attentive. They were able to make accommodation for me (dairy free) and provided recommendations. The table came with bread and a spread. It was fantastic! We ordered pappardelle bolognese - wow so good! The pasta tasted so fresh! You can tell it was house made. We also ordered a sandwich to split. We packed half of it up, as we were so full. The portions are huge. Very happy with this place and very excited for my rehearsal dinner in November, but I'll be back sooner for sure. My mother in law wants to try it with how highly we spoke about it!“

“The food was excellent. Went for a work Christmas luncheon. Service, no one really checked on our table. Had to yell across the restaurant to the bar to get a refill on drinks. That's the only complaint aside from that was very satisfied.“

He made recommendations for an appetizer and entrees that were delicious and nicely prepared. He was attentive and efficient and delivered us service with a smile. “Dined her many times years ago when I worked nearby, it’s been over 20 yrs. It was excellent then, and still is now! Some of the best Italian food you can have. Everything we had was excellent… fresh & full of flavor. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but so worth the trip. I live in Florida and have had many grouper meals, the potato crusted grouper here is ?! The best I ever had. My wife had a chicken dish with pasta that was the bomb. My buddy had the pork chop that was tender and tasty. If you’re looking for a quite atmosphere with great cocktails and fantastic food, you need to make plans to drive to Hibernia Inn ( approximately 3 miles off the Hibernia/Rockaway exit off of Rt 80). This is family owned for many years and they keep bringing a excellent dinning experience. Wish they were in my home town in Florida ?“

“Hops is the best beer bar in Morristown. Their taps are always rotating, seasonal, and offer a wide array of styles to fit everyone's expectations. There is never a time that we can't find something local or delicious on the beer menu.The food menu has also greatly improved over the years. The pretzel burger is still my favorite item though.“
