“Awesome first time here! Chef Jason and staff were extremely helpful. I tried their Lomo Saltado bowl. He gave me a sample of their pulled pork, carne asada, and chicken. They are slow cooked for a few hours. Everything was delicious and top tier! I will be coming back for sure!!!“

“Today was our 4th time visiting Samba. The food is consistently great! the service is top-notch. They have a very friendly staff. The atmosphere is old-school Brazilian and very comfortable. I highly recommend Samba, especially if you like gluten-free cuisine.“

I love the Cuban sandwich here and the owner makes the mustard himself too apparently! Great w Yuca fries (comes w white sauce) and Plantains.
The Pernil Combo was great as well. Tender pull-apart pork, paired with Hot sauce (self-serve)
The only thing is that the menu looks slightly overwhelming without many pictures but don't let that discourage you“

“Came in for lunch and our server Paola was the sweetest. She made me the most delicious Coconut Mojito. Food was delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned.
I highly recommend if you want Colombian Food or soup this place will suffice.

“I called this morning at 6am to inquire how long it would take them to make 3 dozen empanadas, for a work event, they said ten mi utes! They saved my day. The empanadas were a hit at work! “Authentic Dominican food, you get a lot of food for the value, and the staff is lovely and very helpful. There is a big selection of food options. We liked everything we had, I especially liked the avocado salad.
They have all the available food on display, cafeteria style, but they serve at the tables and the food is hot when it arrives. They have plenty of tables and free parking in front.“

“Since the most rated diners were like a 30 minute walk from Hoboken’s train station I would definitely recommend this place if you need something quick and nearby. I love Hispanic food, but this food was perfect! I got their breakfast French toast and my sister got their pancakes. I swear these typical sweet/bread type breakfast foods are not my thing yet the way they made them tasted so different and flavorful, for me this was unique. There Cuban empanadas are very savory, especially with the sauces they provide. My only critique is that lemonade, as it’s very bitter bc it had lime and it’s not sweet at all. The lemonade is $7.30 with card, and my meal was $9.99. Our server was very sweet, I would recommend coming here to have sweet/savory options met here. Also to me breakfast here is very affordable because with me and my sisters (3 people) our bill came to $56 with card, so most places in Hoboken are pricey but this place can offer what you need at an affordable price.“

“Ecuadorian food my waitress was a Dominican girl really kind she is New but is a good one. Very respectful,nice ,kind,and serve the things carefully. I really feel so good i been sad because my mom was travelling back to my country and she doesn't know she treat me nice and make my day better. I will return. I know this place for years before in another locación. The food is fresh and taste fresh. Mi comida estaba deliciosa, la mesera fue muy amable y nos atendió muy bien, con respeto y nos sentimos muy contentos.

“Insane value for the money. The 11 dollar weekday lunch special is a better portion of food than I’ve seen anywhere outside of select shops in Chinatown, and it comes with ceviche or soup, a rice and beans plate with steak or chicken or pork, and a drink. Crazy! The lomo saltado was fantastic too, and was enough food to feed 4 people easily (and was only 18 bucks). Some of the best Peruvian food I’ve had outside of Peru.“

“April 21 we had our mother Birthday 🥳 dinner here and the service was excellent! The portions of the delicious food were large. All of the employees were friendly and sang to my mother and she cried happy tears. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. Thank you for making my mother so happy. “What a great place! Passed by here once and our daughter’s name is Madison so I thought it would be fun to try out. Made a reservation for Mother’s Day, probably not the best day to try a new place. We showed up for our 12:15 reservations and despite the mob scene outside, our table was waiting. The food and service were spectacular on a busy day. I can’t wait to come back on a normal day. I had the cauliflower tacos. Amazing, as good as they look in the picture. Wife and daughter had omelettes with salad and potatoes. Neither could finish! Not sure if I can post photos“

“This latin American restaurant was easy to pick up from and the owner made my plate herself. She asked me what i wanted to eat & there was a lot of food left over. They had steak, fish, beef and chicken, 5 different rices and sides. I chose roasted chicken vegetables rice and she threw in some extra! The food was flavorful and made with love“
