“They have such a nice chill vibe here, you will really enjoy yourself. For the holiday season, they have some great window Christmas displays that add to the ambiance. Bonus points for a solid Guinness, a nice shot of Jameson, and Touch tunes serving up the jukebox jams. It's good for groups or a nightcap with a date. Unique beer selection, too.“

“Met up with my partner after a rehearsal she had down here (she’s the best!) anywho - tried to walk into red hook tavern without a res (like a coupla chumps!). They saidIt was gonna be a seven year wait til we could get the shrimp cocktail, so tail-between-our-legs we hobbled down Van Brunt (like adorable animated dogs from a 90’s Disney Movie) and poked our heads into TGFP (we are on an acronym basis at this point ;) - the vibes ? Immaculate. The food? Indescribable (( actually think the burger rivals RHT ?)), but I digress - unpretentious, creative menu, another gem of the neighborhood. Come here folks or I’ll come and get you !“

“Really great store with a very welcoming atmosphere! We had burgers, pastrami sandwiches and quesadilas and everything tasted really good. The two who run the shop are incredibly welcoming and we would recommend it to anyone who is in the area.“

“Didn't eat. Killed two hours here rather easily. Immediately had two open spots at the bar but we were lucky in our timing, this place can get full fast. Never had to wait for a new drink, bartenders were on top of everything. It's a local stop in Jersey City, though, so be prepared for the accent and the attitude. If you're not from Hudson County, it might seem a little rough, but this is a great spot. Lean into it.Parking: If you don't parallel park then go to a mall, you don't belong here.“

“Amazing Irish spot. 1) The place is very cozy. It is a warm cozy spot on a rainy day. They also have couches, which is very nice. But, getting the couches is tough. There is always someone stilling there. Also, near some seats are changing stations, which is really nice if your phone charge is running low. 2) I will highly recommend the pasties, it is meat filled pastry with gravy. Unbelievable! 3) Their Shepard's Pie was great. But, ask for their gravy on the side. It makes the Shepard's pie go from a 7/10 to a solid 9/10“

“Nice, friendly local bar. We went for dinner here on Saint Patricks Day and they had a Corned Beef Platter on the menu. Everything was tasty, service was good. However, its an all cash bar. They have an ATM, fees are $2.50 ( plus bank fees =/). Would like to go again and try the regular menu as well.“

“Came here for Brunch this past Sunday from brunch reviews I’ve read. Although I had been here before, a happy hour years ago, I never got a chance to sit down and eat. Nestled on a quiet street in Glen Ridge, right off Bloomfield Avenue, its decor and charm reminds you of something from the Revolutionary era. We arrived at 1130 so it was pretty quiet which was enjoyable .First and foremost, our server Cynthia was incredible. Informative, funny and took very good care of us. My wife started out with a mimosa, myself a Bloody Mary. I personally did not like it, tasted like a watered down cocktail sauce. Food and drink are subjective so I’m sure others do enjoy it. I followed it up with an Irish Coffee over Ice. Was pretty decent. In to the food which had a nice selection, especially a lobster roll I couldn’t pull the trigger onMy wife had the Eggs Benedict and a Lemon Ricotta Pancake. She enjoyed both. I had the Flat Iron Steak w/eggs and fries. Was a nice piece, good char but was average at best, eggs were over cooked but was completely ok and the French fries, may just have been the best fries I’ve had in my life.Overall, 5 drinks, a soda and both the meals ended up being like $72 which is a win in itself for brunch. I’m definitely going to make my way back here and check out the dinner menu since I have read some great things.“

“So this was a take out order, and we were looking for Comfort Food. We found just that in an order of plain chicken wings and an order of macaroni and cheese. The wings were large, super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, nicely seasoned. The al dente spiral macaroni held onto the generous amount of creamy and yummy cheese sauce. We’ll be ordering it again!“

“Classic neighborhood, no frills Irish dive bar. Good Guinness pours & strong cocktails. Friendly bartender w/ a sense of humor. There is good food across the street, & you're welcome to eat it at the bar. One regular tried to steer the convo to something negative about people of color, & everyone else jumped down his throat & shut him the f up.“

“They are the worst, they don't deliver, they don't open until after 3pm sometimes, you can only order from a grub hub app or a user app I really think for a local business that is bullshit, I was ordering food from across the street from them litterly 4 stores away from them and was going to order about 300.00 worth of food, i will never call this place ever again they had no problem sending 2 employees to the bar across the street from them to get buckets of ice over the summer when their ice machine was not working for weeks at one point they didn't even asked for them to get ice they just walked in like they worked here how soon they forget let them try it this summer or next summer let's see what happens“

“Fox & Crow is the premiere Listening Venue in Jersey City. The music room is small, like a local jazz club from back in the day (think Coltrane or Monk at the 5 Spot), but that gives it a focused vibe and electric intimacy that you can't get anywhere else in JC at this time.“

“I have been here a few times and I mean it is a typical pub like any other. It's pretty clean and it can get full. I had their burger one drunken night and I knew it was good but I didn't quite remember it. So today my husband and I got their burger again and HOLY, it is one of the best I have had in JC. My husband actually told the bartender the story about how we tried a hyped up burger in the area and it was so so and she actually told the owner about it and he made us the burger from scratch. This place is very JC and they have such great service and food!“

“When it comes to food, I am a big food snob. I've been living in Staten Island for 34 years and I passed this place when it was Rusty's a million times. I met a colleague of mine for drinks and food here and it did not disappoint. The prices were fair, the place was new and fresh, inclusive of the bathroom (this is very important LOL). The drinks had a generous pour of booze and the food was excellent. Reading thru some of the bad reviews, they may have had a couple of off nights however none of them made sense to me. We both ordered a roast beef sandwich. I had the South Shore. It was fantastic. The beef was juicy, the bread fresh, everything was great. In addition to a pair of roast beef sandwiches, we ordered a hot pretzel and the apple-cinnabon dessert. Everything was great. In addition to this, we got to chat with Edward who had just started his shift serving us animals (he was a gentleman) as well as Rusty (former owner of Rusty's) who gave us a little history lesson on the transition of Rusty's to Point Tavern. I will definitely be back again as it was a good place to have a drink or have some drinks and grab some good pub food. There is a bar area, separate dining area as well as an outdoor space. The surrounding streets offer ample street parking.“

“I loved it! My first visit despite leaving in the area and seeing this place. I stopped by on my way back home after missing my train stop because I felt asleep on my way back from work, I had to walk a long distance back to my neighborhood because trains ran on express track due to an unfortunate incident. I was supposed to have only one drink, I chose Moscow Mule. After a long while, I tasted UFO and "kept" Irish Cider, I liked it! Great play music, English and Spanish, I might come back to karaoke tonight despite working tomorrow and getting up st 5:30 am. No food though, only pizza, no kitchen here. Management, how about serving popcorn, "chicharrones" (easy to find in this neighborhood), or any other "salty snack" upon request to keep us drinking??? That's the way we do in Mexico at the "cantinas" (bars"). i don't want to go home just blocks away!!!“

“The weather turned nice, so popped over to Cork City for a beer one Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago and luckily managed to snag one of their outside tables. “I came here to order food to take out. The bartender took my order quickly and offered me a drink while I waited. I ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt. It was a really great drink. I sat there caught some sports and enjoyed my drink. I took home an order of chicken tenders which I forgot to take a picture of. There was six perfectly fried and fresh chicken tenders with a side of honey mustard sauce. Everything was great and the price was right. I enjoy Salty Dog and they keep the place clean. “Was on our way to another bar, "late" last night (not even Midnight) after having been turned aside by the Marriott but then drove by Andy's Corner and immediately pulled a U-ey.This place is a gem. The bartender is swell and the vibe is laid-back friendly. You might think "Dive Bar" (in the best possible way) when walking up to the front door, but what you get when you open the door is a Classy Establishment. To the backyard party-goers of Bergen County--- leave your block, for the love of Mike, and patronize this place. “A small neighborhood joint with food that will exceed your expectations.Moran’s is known around town for their burgers, which absolutely live up to the hype. I also recommend trying the Irish Poutine. The fries have an even coating of curry sauce, which means every bite is going to be delicious. Me and my partner ate in mostly silence while we were here, which is a sign that the food really hit our souls here.Drinks wise, there is a solid beer and cider menu, with a number of options from Ireland and the UK that you won’t find at other spots around town.Service wise, everyone here is friendly.“

“The other day I got, La Galera Centro Americana Restaurant, for lunch. I ordered their Meatballs w/ Black Rice & Red Beans. It was absolutely delicious! I asked the lady for more veggies than rice, and she happily obliged. I really loved their Meatballs, and also the Red Beans. Excellent flavors to combine. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and attentive. It seems like a nice, quaint, family type of place to eat. And for just a little over $10 was a complete steal. I’d def try this place again, their other menu items looked phenomenal. I’d also recommend to anyone in the, City of Orange, area looking for some decent Spanish food.“

“Horrible customer service. The bar owners are very money hungry. My friend rented the third floor for a 40th the spot was rented from 7pm-12am. By 1145 they had another party coming in. “This was my first time here. A great little bar that extends to the back where there is a pool table. There is also a dart game on the wall and mini soccer game, which people were using. The space is very clean and well decorated. When we got there we waited about 15min before anyone spoke to me and my wife. There was a little crowd there. We then realized it was the owner, mike's birthday. Everyone was singing happy birthday to him. We ordered drinks, a beer and bacardi for $13 total then a buffalo chicken pizza for $8. $20 minimum to use card. Mike later introduced himself to us and frequently made small talk. He seems like a very good guy who tries to make a bond with his customers. He explained to us how the business was going, a little about himself, introduced us to his family and even offered us jello shots and a shot of liquor on the house, oh and some cake. I would definitely go back here. He makes you feel welcomed. Nice place, good price, good manager.“
