The Olivieh salad and Spanish yogurt are also quite tasty. Since it's a family-run business, the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. I love this place and highly recommend their kebabs!??“

However, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, they only accept cash, so be prepared. If you’re short on cash, you'll need to use the ATM right outside the store, which charges a $3 fee. The staff, while efficient, can sometimes come across as brusque, especially when you request extras like sauce on the side or if you’re a dollar short. Also, seating is very limited, so it's best to plan on taking your food to go. The prices are slightly on the higher side, but given the quality of the food, it's worth it.“

The place has a beautiful warm cozy but clean design, and we could feel the nice warmth of the big tabun oven from our table.

“Great Place! Charcoal Chicken is to die for damn good! The place is great for family and they really give great food and attention to service. The highlight is the charcoal chicken with the rice and the spicy sauce to have mix with the rice.“

After we were graciously seated without a reservation (try to book ahead because you really won't want to miss this place), the staff was so kind, friendly, and attentive. “Happily surprised with how delicious this food was!!! I’m still dreaming of the baby lamb sandwich. The pita bread was soft, fresh and not too thick. First time trying a sea food pizza and it was heavenly and flavorful.

100% recommend. Very friendly service. The mint tea and baklawa were the perfect treat and amuse-Bouche to the meal.

“Each time I eat here I'm at a loss for words, but I'll try: My office is nearby and my coworkers and I have a tier list for 35+ local restaurants of all varieties. This one is at spot number 1. Their falafel is peerless, impeccable and downright divine. The chicken shawarma bursts with flavor within you and has a beautiful contrasting crust. The fries are gorgeous and extremely flavorful. The hummus is perfect.“

“Amazing experience hats off to Jason and his team they were above and beyond for me and my family party of 14. We were accommodating to the large party which included toddlers and high chairs. As for the food what can I say we ordered a lot of different items and everything was on point with flavor and temperature. Mixed platters for the family is ideal served most of us and we added few additional plates. I ordered the Mint Lemonade and the Baklava and they were both delicious. I truly recommend everyone to pay a visit !

But if you’re someone who enjoys good service like me then this is not the place. after being sat down for 15 mins the server gave the menu. After reminding 3 times, we finally got water which was bottled and we were not told about I assumed they would bring tap water and on top of that they will randomly put 15% or 18% tip irrespective of party size. Waiting for menu for 15 mins and then waiting for water not sure what kind of service one is getting and to top it off getting the drinks ordered post meal! Again if you’re a foody then this a good place to try but not for the service.“

“Casual, cozy place for tasty middle eastern food. Reasonable prices. Order the Lava Plate. Tasty but the meat was somewhat dry. Falafel was delicious and highly recommend! Coated in sesame seeds and served fresh.
I also really enjoyed the complimentary spiced tea!

“I just found this gem in Harlem and let me say I am thoroughly impressed. First, the Yemeni tea is extremely good. No need to add anything. Secondly, the amount of food that you get for money is a great deal. I had #21 Aqdat Dajaj (Curry Chicken) w/Basmati Rice and a side of Naan bread (it was huge). You also receive soup and a mini salad before the actual entree. I left there stuffed and satisfied. The space is very quaint and somewhat intimate. It’s a must try!! And it’s Halal!!!

Gonna try and eat everything there over time (except spicy food )Also the snicker bar was 25 cents cheaper than the lame rutger vending machines, but 25 cents more pricier than njit vending machine ?. It has a wide variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including sandwiches, omelette, salad and etc. The price is very reasonable.2. Very convenient for daily grocery, including fresh veg and coffee.3. Always friendly. For a couple of times when I was at work, I have package requiring signature. I ask little market to receive it for me. They gladly did it free of charge.“
