We ordered the Beef Pho with extra meatballs, the Chicken Pho, and the beef rolls with ginger—everything tasted incredibly fresh and expertly made. This hidden gem was a delightful surprise, and we’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I had an amazing experience dining here tonight. My boyfriend & I wanted to explore Vietnamese cuisine. I’m vegan & loved that they had multiple options for me. We ordered steamed vegetable dumplings to start. Fresh ingredients and the perfect starter to a great meal. The Thai milk tea was outstanding. Not too sweet yet creamy and addictive. The staff directed me towards the lemongrass pho with vegetables and tofu. It was out of this world! The lemongrass flavor was rich and comforting. My boyfriend ordered the Bánh mì. It was sweet and savory - the perfect balance. The baguette was fresh and the meat was very seasoned and well cooked. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Andy. You can tell he’s passionate about his restaurant and customers. I said I added too much chili oil to my broth (rookie mistake - it’s very spicy!) and he was kind enough to add more broth to my leftovers to lessen the heat. He was accommodating, friendly and kind. We can’t wait to explore the whole menu. Highly recommended!“

“I came about this restaurant driving on the 440 in Jersey City and looking for something to eat and Walla I found my to go place, whenever I want to eat Vietnamese food this is my place to go! Love the Food, the workers very friendly and the atmosphere. I have been there numerous of time and will continue to go there. “Pho Way has been my go-to pho spot for a while now, they’re the best!! But for the first time, I decided to try more of the menu, and I was blown out of this world.

We got the Thai tea, seafood pho, short rib pho, short ribs with fried rice, and fried chicken. Everything was sooo good. The portions are big, prices are reasonable, and the flavors are on point. Plus, the staff is really friendly and the service is great. I definitely recommend!“

“I've been coming here for years and feel terrible that I never left a review. I love Saigon Pho. The delicious soups always hit the spot and the portions are very generous. We've had so many dishes from the menu but my favorite is always pho especially on a cold or cloudy day. The Thai iced tea is also delicious as are the pork rolls and vermicelli dishes. The consistency in flavor and super friendly staff is what keeps us coming back!“
