“We hosted a private event at Gus's (dinner after a city hall wedding) and had an AMAZING experience. The manager, Megan, was so helpful to work with throughout -- she was a thought partner on food and decor choices, she coordinated with our other vendors, and most importantly made sure that the event itself went off without a hitch! The ambiance was on point and the food was DELICIOUS -- all of our guests have been raving about it since then!! The staff was also super warm and helped make the event feel extra special. (An extra shout out to the bartender Andrew for cracking jokes all night). Highly recommend Gus's under any circumstance!!“

“I celebrated Thanksgiving at Moldova Restaurant and had the best time! The service was quick and attentive, and our waitress was incredibly sweet with great recommendations. The food arrived fast, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t even leave any leftovers, I had to take them home. “Recently went and although the food and waiter staff were great, we were expecting what we seen on here. There was no performances. An empty space. Apparently there's a 2 hr gap between brunch and dinner. The booking site allowed for a 4pm reservation. When we arrived we were accommodated but looked at funny. We found out that brunch had ended at 3pm. I was really hoping for the full experience I seen here and paid alot and didn't get it.“

I started with the Georgian salad and eggplant rolls, which was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. For my main course, I chose Ojakhuri which was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and seasoned just right. My friends selected: Adjaruli khachapuri (cheese and egg in the middle of deliciously baked bread) and Shrimp dish. This goes well with chacha and compote drink, make sure to have few shots. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and eager to make recommendations based on our preferences. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, enhancing the overall dining experience. To top it all off, we indulged in the dessert, had 4 various ones that we split and all were AMAZING! This was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. “This has been one of the best meals I’ve ever had. My wife and I came here on a whim. We went full French classics: Frog’s Legs, Escargot, Steak Tartare, Petit Moules Marinère, Goat cheese Puffs and Salmon Pave. Everything was seasoned well and tasted delicious. It reminded us of our trip to Paris a couple years ago. Highly Recommend if you are into French food and in the area.“

“Small place ran by a lovely couple with all the signature classic Romanian dishes! This place is a complete hidden gem! The eggplant salad starter is just like my grandmother and mother make, the meats are excellent - portion sizes are huge and everything tastes like a solid Romanian place on my visits to Romania. The star today was the Papanasi - a classic Romanian cheese donut! One of the best I had ever! Highly recommended! Will definitely come again!“

“Really loved the bread and butter, clams, tuna carpaccio, picanha, short rib, duck, and potatoes. Wines that I tasted were good and they have excellent dirty vodka martinis too. Short rib and picanha are a bit similar so if you’re on the fence between a few dishes, I’d just get one and maybe try a couple of the other mains unless you’re really craving steak. This place has a sexy Parisian-esque wine bar vibe and I loved it. Seating by the open windows and people watching will be super nice once the good weather starts to stick around.

Ps The Infatuation review for this place was so off the mark, I wish I came in sooner (everyone at the table’s opinion, not just mine). Will definitely be back and it’s a great addition to the neighborhood.“

“Sam’s Table is a cozy restaurant with a seasonal menu and very welcoming staff and decor. We dined here with friends in March where we had the most delicious spring menu. Everyone at the table tried something they “don’t usually like” and Sam changed our minds. Every course was fresh, creative, beautiful and delicious. I loved how each dish had a special touch - we had preserved lemon and pea tendrils and sunflower seed tahini and dandelion. We will definitely be back.“

“Our guests are arriving around 3:30 on Sunday. We wanted to sit down, have a meal, and chat. I called to make a reservation at this cafe. Artem answered, saying he was the manager. He asked, ‘Will you leave by 5?’ I thought maybe there was a banquet after 5, but I was told, ‘No, we just have two time slots: until 5 and from 6. It’s inconvenient for us otherwise. Even Igor (the owner) won’t be able to help you.’ It felt very rude and unprofessional. I’ve lived in the US for 30 years and have been to this cafe many times (though usually after 6), but I’ve never encountered service like this anywhere before. My desire to visit again has probably disappeared for good.“

“This was my second time coming here as I live out of town. The food was fantastic, the service was great, and the atmosphere is fun.

The only complaint I have is the photography guy. I really did not like being bothered during my meal by him for photos only to be interrupted again and asked to buy them. (Which where $25 a piece btw). It really lowered the experience and felt like I was at a cheap theme park or baseball game. He wasn't there the first time I came here.“
