“Finally, Keansburg gets a great place to get coffee! The Customer Service is wonderful. The two women that work there are genuine and kind. The coffee is delicious and my favorite is the coconut cold brew. Aside from that I’ll typically get a Nutella strawberry scone, which is out of this world. Even if you’re not in the area coming to pass through is definitely a good idea.“

But today me and my coworkers ordered delivery but we work in the north shore completely on the other side of the island and the drinks and pastries still came out amazing. The silverware is not clean and the tables and floors are not clean. The tables nearby remain uncleared for the duration of our dining. I'm not a big coffee guy, but they have an Malt Cold Brew that I get with oat milk that is heavenly and surprisingly doesn't give me the jitters like so many others do. Other times, their Iced Matcha Latte (also with oat milk) is just the right amount of refreshing that I need when stumbling into work there at Bell Works. But, if I'm really being honest, it is the staff there that keeps me coming back each day I work from the office. I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in, greeted by name with my customary order already on its way to being made and I don't even need to give them my name or phone number for the loyalty program, such is their attention to customer service. They had dropped the cash and they did the awesome thing of still taking care of my order when I told you it is a one service all the way I truly appreciate every single barista here at this location.“
