Every time I come in and see Laurie behind the counter, I know my day’s off to a great start. She’s fast, friendly, and always gets the order right — even when it’s complicated. You can tell she really cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does.

“Incredible service! If I’m not mistaken this is the dunkin that was in the exon up the road. Even back then it was the fastest, most efficient dunkin I’ve ever been too. With the new location and drive through it makes last minute morning coffee decisions easy. I never wait more than 2 minutes for my order. Such a convenient location!! And my order is always spot on. “I came into this store today because I was having an issue with my gift card. I did have to wait a while because they were extremely busy. Emily was very helpful and apologetic about the wait I told her it was ok. She was able to help me and so sweet she even asked me if I needed help loading my card she would help me. “Probably the best run Dunkin in NJ. Owner is always there working his ass off. They treat everyone with kindness and respect. Place runs like a machine. Food and drinks are prepared visibly better than most other Dunkins. Fast service as well!“

Employees are competent and friendly (Except for one) - drinks and food are made fairly quick.

I have always seen the place decently clean and offers a wide selection of seats to eat inside.

Unfortunately, donut selection can be hit or miss at times with certain ones being out of stock.

If you're looking for a DD that doesn't hire employees who remain glued to their phones and are inherently lazy, this is a good pick.“

“I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. Leah is great, it’s concerning on Sunday’s.“

“The Halloween decorations are so cute. The parking lot looks brand new. I loved the pumpkin spice latte ( Iced). It was so good and honestly it was cheap compared to Dunkin around in the area. The employees were so sweet especially the Hispanic woman taking my order. The other employees got my order ready so fast ! Quick and effective service! The best .“
