“Donovan’s Pub is owned by 2 Woodside gentlemen. The staff is amazing friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is absolutely delicious and great portions. They have the Best Burger in NYC. It’s the best burger I have ever had. They have awesome live music every weekend on their brand new stage. Their lineup of musicians is the best around. I’ve been going there for 50+ years and I highly recommend Donovan’s Pub in Woodside NY.“

“first trip to NYC. Stayed close by and just happened to walk in to what may be one of the best nights ever! The bar tenders were so nice! I felt like Id known them my entire life. We made new friends at the bar and spent the night singing and laughing. SO. MUCH. FUN“

“I absolutely loved this place! As a Geordie, I thought this would be a good place to watch the qarabag match and I was shocked at how amazing it is! The atmosphere, the decoration. “Pubkey is always a great time, I'm here usually two times a month on Mondays. The burger is pricey $20+ but, sometimes it's really worth it, also the regular fries are very very very tasty (I don't like the waffle fries). The regular fries in and of themselves remind of fries you get from a fancy golf club or how delicious BK fries used to be 15 years ago. Idk what they do to them, if it's a certain brand of fries, maybe they're twice fried tossed in cornstarch? Anyway, they're so hard to find anywhere else and here they are!“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Royale. First it has an awesome bar and restaurant indoors and the space outdoors is beautifully decorated. I have celiac disease and they had the most delicious gluten free nachos (made on site) ever! They were perfect. I was so happy I could have them and they were excellent! Great atmosphere and food! Highly recommend when in the Village.“

“We made a large group reservation here for our post wedding celebration. The space was enough for 25 people and reservation process very streamlined.
On the day of, the weather created some problems and caused reduced seating despite the reservations. It could have been a frustrating experience, but the staff handled the chaos with professionalism and care.
We already loved Lavender Lake for the awesome food and drinks (best breakfast burritos in town btw) but now we respect the space even more after the experience.“

“Made a reservation for 7ppl (one is a baby) on a Sunday at 11am. Happy to have been able to get a reservation at that time for that many people, on a Sunday. Walked in and could clearly ID my table as there was a highchair. The woman working chose that table not only because it could fit a highchair, but almost all of the other tables were hightops and she knew we would be there with a baby. I thought that was very thoughtful and it was appreciated. The food was excellent. Nice brunch menu. The service was ok. I did like how we weren't rushed and felt like we could have stayed as long as we would like. They also have nice outdoor seating when the weather is good. Would go back!“

“Great spot for watching World Cup , sat on curbside and watch the game beer selections is great same as the food but the best part is services Hunter is so kind and took a good care of us . If you want to hang out in Bedford this is the spot get the outside seat and watch the game with millions dollars views .“

“O'Donnell's Pub has the best Guinness I've ever had. (And I have been to Ireland). Most places must use the wrong gases, or don't clean the beer lines and it taste almost grassy. Not a O'Donnell's. It is smooth and just fantastic.“

Whether you wanna do some work on your laptop on a chill tuesday afternoon or watch a game on a busy thursday or dance in a packed room on friday or saturday, Donny has the best prices and bartenders in the LES. They are always fast and quick to help. Totally recommend especially for happy hour. One of the best deals in the LES.“

“Awesome atmosphere and a great draft selection! The appetizers we got were excellent as well! The staff was friendly and had great energy 🩵 would go back in a heartbeat. The only bummer was they didn’t have smaller than 2XL shirts on hand at the time of our visit…I wanted one so bad 😂 Needless to say the shirts are great too! 100/10 recommend 🍻“

“I have very fond memories here, it was like a little home from home for me while I was bi Atlantic for 6 years, working on the same block as the Pig There are lots of “Irish pubs” in the vicinity, although this is the only one that felt like a real pub in the UK rather than a novelty in New York Hopefully I will be back again one day! Thanks for great times when I was missing home 🇬🇧 xxx“

“Good food and decent selection of beers. It's a cozy spot and has happy hour. They do some events but might need to follow their IG. Parking can be crowded and tight on weekend evenings but I hear they may be expanding that soon. They have a dart board but it's usually covered up by a seat. I'd recommend this spot.“
