“I do take outs at all chinese take outs places near my area, on a rotation basis. This place's food seems always good. They do seem busy at times, but I am very patient most of the time, or at least I try to be. I do think they deserve 5 stars for their quality of food and quickness of food preparation.“

“Completely surprised and intrigued with the menu. This is NOT a Mexican food restaurant as the name might fool you. The shrimp taco wrapped in seaweed paper was so fresh tasting,crunchy and absolutely delish. Fried rice served in your own skillet and you mix the egg in was the best! The smores waffle with homemade custard ice-cream was to die for. Bartender Robbie is a pro mixologist with really new style drinks. This place was a treat and I cant wait to go back. Also the service was perfect!“

“Sure I’ll agree it’s worth the hype. The food is very tasty and I absolutely love their fried rice even though the appetizers are super small. The piece of salmon was also a small proportion considering the price but it was cooked very well so they can’t lose any points there. The vibe and drinks also makes up for it. I enjoy the ambiance, they deff know how to manage the spot. Hard to get a table without reservations tho.“

“I have come here often for lunch when I want something quick and healthy. The food is consistently high quality with fresh crunchy vegetables, and perfectly cooked rice. Building your own is a bit daunting, but the menu options are good and the portion size is filling.“

“We absolutely love Chu Ros Thai.
The ambiance is great, the service is always attentive and friendly, and the location and music make it such a relaxing place to unwind. The drinks are amazing too, consistently well made.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here almost every week, and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots. Everything we’ve tried has been excellent. The Tom Kha soup is rich and comforting, the veggie emeralf dumplings are fresh and perfectly done, and the mango shrimp spicy salad was absolutely outstanding.

This place never disappoints. Highly recommended for great food, great vibes, and a consistently wonderful experience.“

Pros: The food again is delicious, good quality. The place is easy to find, it's got parking in front (at least when I came). The staff were nice, friendly and I'm sure they probably know the frequent patrons by name. The food is ready when you call in at the time they state.

Cons: The price was slightly expensive, I'd like to come more frequently but not at those prices. So not a real complaint.“

“Usually I do delivery or take out but decided to order by going inside today. The cashiers Jordan and Julian (sorry, not sure of correct spelling) were so kind to me. They complimented my tattoos and Jordan was so attentive to my order. When I asked for the receipt for my scrapbook, they made me feel so happy. We even had a cool conversation about our scrapbooking hobby. Julian even offered a sticker. They looked so cool and had even cooler vibes. Thank you both so much for making my day“

“Been going here for the delicious scallion pancakes for many years ohh and those hand pulled noodles with fresh homemade chili crunch are to die. Plus you can get everything to go and have a wonderful al fresco experience with the Hudson on one side and Riverside Cathedral to the other.“

“Fillmore Deli and Backroom is a pretty solid neighborhood spot with a surprising mix of options. The Korean fried chicken is actually really good crispy, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. They also have a large variety of sandwiches, so there’s something for whatever mood you’re in.

One thing that always throws me off though is they tend to run out of the tuna pretty often, which is strange for a deli. But besides that, everything else seems to be okay. It’s a reliable place to grab a quick bite and the food usually hits the spot.“

I have been searching for the last few years all around the bergen county area for the best chicken teriyaki and I have found it here. This is my absolute favorite! I have tried probably 50+ restaurants and nothing can beat this. From the way they prepare chicken, to the homemade sauce they use, the perfectly cooked rice and the avocado, egg and dumplings they add on.... it is one of the greatest combinations i've ever tasted. On top of that, their sushi is always delicious and fresh. If thats not enough, they also have fantastic owners and workers there. I always get a warm greeting, and they're thankful for my patronage. “ordered lunch for my entire job (through grubhub) , everything was fine , except that they forgot one order of wings . i contacted the store and they were very friendly , and sent my wings with a uber taxi , something that most people wouldnt do . they would just usually refund me the $ and someone would be without lunch :( this wasnt the case as they took care of the issue right away ! food was great and i recommend everyone to try it out ! great customer service too“
