“Kung Fu Tea is an amazing restaurant that I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. I ordered the Oreo Wow with syrup and Mangonada and they certainly live up to their name. It came out quickly and was of fantastic taste. Donny is very polite and kind, and she was also helpful in giving delicious recommendations. The atmosphere was very welcoming and immersive as well. - Flavor: Fair selection available. I get Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea. The tea has nice hints of bitterness. Texture-wise, more like a tea diluted with milk than the creaminess of an incorporated milk tea.
- Boba: Lower amount of Boba. Although the Boba has nice elasticity, they're too small so you can usually only chew once.
- Price: An average bubble tea (7$ overall, 2026) compared to what I consider the average price (7-8$)
- Overall - it takes the average up a notch for an overall nice bubble tea but doesn't have the kind of pull that would make me go out of my way to get one.

- Extra - They also serve ice cream and have an extended store area which would be fine for quick hangouts.“

“i've been going here a lot for lunch this year and i've always had a great experience.

however, last week i ordered a poke bowl and noticed that they changed their containers from paper to plastic. its not that huge of a deal, but the plastic containers are smaller than the paper but the price is the same. additonally, the vegetables in my poke bowl were not that fresh which was unusual.

it's not too huge of a deal and i'll continue to support this place, but i'll always advocate for more eco friendly choices. if possible, please return to the paper bowls!“

The tea used in the milk tea is pleasantly strong but can sometimes be a bit watery instead of a smooth milk tea. Seasonal flavors tend to be hit or miss. Because the teas can be hit or miss, you'll likely default to a couple drinks you like rather than want to experiment too often.
- Boba: Generous amount of Boba with a pleasantly elastic chew. The boba rarely clump which make for a pleasant drink experience but the sweetness of the boba can cause a sweet drink to be a bit too sweet. Regardless, the boba has a nice inherent flavor.
- Price: Meets what I consider the average price (7-8$, 2025).
- Overall - A very solid bubble tea place that I have been frequenting for several years when in the area. It is a nice bubble tea for regular visits but doesn't quite set the standard for a bubble tea shop you'd actively go out of the way for.

Between the different milk teas, fruit teas, creative drinks, halo-halo, ice cream, and mochi donuts, there’s plenty of variety and something for pretty much any sweet tooth.

What really stood out to me was how welcoming the experience felt. “Trying a new boba place is lowkey stressful for me because I’m loyal to my usual order bad. I always get taro milk tea with extra boba, and I’m always scared it’s gonna taste like coconut in a wig.

But this place actually ate.

The worker was super sweet, my drink came out crazy fast, and the place itself is really cute. They also have a kiosk, which is nice because sometimes I do not feel like interacting with humanity more than necessary.

The taro milk tea was so good. Super pretty purple, actually tasted like taro, and wasn’t overly sweet. They got my less ice request right too, which I appreciated.

And the boba was SO fresh. Like soft, chewy, actually enjoyable. Not those little hard rocks some places try to sneak into your drink.

The sashimi was good for the most part, the salmon was the best part, melted in my mouth and delicious. The other fish were good too. The unagi don was good but a bit too salty, so that was a little disappointing. I haven't tried the miso soup yet.“

“My husband and I have been going to Crispy and Boba almost every week for the past year. Its our treat to ourselves after work. The lady behind the counter is kind. She knows our orders by now (which we really appreciate) and has always answered any questions we've had. Yes, there is a wait for the food. But in my opinion its worth the wait. I recommend: Chicken Katsu Curry, Soy Garlic Wings, Korean Stew, Black Milk Tea (iced with tapioca and sweet foam) and the Blue Lemonade (with strawberry popping). I cant wait to try more!“
