We were excited to check it out and were not let down!! Fantastic experience through and through. Service staff was friendly and polite, attentive (frequent water refills and clearing of table was great). Food arrived fast and in proper order - first appetizers, then main course. Ordering via app helps accelerate the process, and what it also does: it gives the customer the option to decide when to aak for the check. Mind = blown! “We were in town from Wisconsin to see Metallica. The day after the concert , we were looking for something good to eat and found Dumpling Dojo. Looking thru the menu , we knew we had to try. AMAZING!! We had one of the best meals we have had in a long time and my husband and I like to eat. We go to a lot of high ends places, but as I said , this place was extraordinary. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the fried pork belly , tangerine beef , shrimp dumplings, fried shrimp and ramen noodle. “We’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, so it’s overdue for a review after a delicious lunch with too many amazing menu items to choose from for just one sitting. We have followed this family-owned and operated establishment since the days when they were a food truck, then they moved to a small place on a side street in Verona and now at the current bigger location. This is authentic Thai food of the highest quality, and it has never declined over all these years.

The pad thai has true flavor, not excessively sweet. If you want something sweet, the sticky rice is perfect. Pad see ew noodles are fantastic, as are the curries. Amazing veggie dumplings and spring rolls, and saving the best for last…the shrimp buns- lightly breaded and fried whole shrimp on a fluffy open bun with a lightly spicy mayo based sauce…you have to go just for these alone!

Also the ambience is great - big rounded windows let in plenty of light to contrast with the exposed brick. Plus the service is friendly. We really love this place.“

“Everything tasted amazing!!!!! the crab rangoons are so delicious and perfectly flavored, it is a treat every time i order them for an amazing price too!!! the sesame chicken had a great flavor and is not too sweet, the general tso chicken is perfectly spicy and tender. there are no little crumbly pieces as i would usually get at most take out!! the coke cans (diet) were nice and cold, and the veggie low mein noodles were perfectly dry and flavorful and HOMEMADE? (although the lettuce is weird sorry). the dumplings in chili oil taste super authentic and have a greattttt flavor. i loved everything here and i would order 10000 percent again. never change !! (besides the lettuce)

But it was delicious and all of it tasted so clean and fresh—not greasy, oily, or too salty. The rice was perfectly steamed too, not wet and mushy and not dry. I ordered on Uber Eats not realizing how far away they are from where I live, but it was worth the delivery time and wasn’t too long of a wait. Everything was still warm too. If you’re on the fence because of their Google rating, just know that on Uber Eats they have a 4.8 rating with 100+ reviews. A great find, and I’m grateful. ☺️“

“I’ve been here once in person but have gotten Uber Eats from them multiple times. I always get the beef noodle soup. The broth is the best part and they give you a good amount of fresh vegetables. The beef slices are well seasoned. Noodles are okay but that’s because I get delivery and it is clumped together by the time I get my food, but it is still very good. The soy milk is traditional and I love it. Desserts are great too !“

“Inside the Hackensack Hmart is a food court. And inside that food court is this humble little food stall, where I go whenever the craving for a bowl of Korean black bean noodles hits. Jjajangmyun is a popular Korean-Chinese dish made from black bean paste, meat, and diced vegetables. When I'm suddenly fixin' for that slurpy bowl of saucy noodles, this is where I come.

Why? Because it's close to my commute, it's quick and casual, reasonably priced, and consistently good. As an added bonus, there are lots of other offerings in the food court in case my eating mate didn't want to eat the same thing.

Ordering is simple. Go to the counter, place your order, and they'll give you a receipt with a number. If you find seats nearby, there's a little screen at the stall that tells you when your order is ready for pickup. If you end up sitting far away, don't fret. There's an automated loudspeaker that clearly calls out stalls and ready order numbers.

My go-to order here is (of course) the jjajangyun. The menu offers a small variety - regular (with meat and veggies), uni, and spicy. Spice lovers, you're going to love the spicy jjajangmyun (#4 on the menu). The jjajang sauce is also delicious on rice, and I've loved the shrimp fried rice with it.

Serving sizes are decent, and it comes with the tiniest cup of yellow pickled radishes (a standard condiment for this dish).“
