“Really enjoyed the food from Bloom Chicken.

The small boneless chicken was honestly huge and the chicken was super crispy. The spicy rice cakes were way better than I expected — especially since I don’t usually like rice cakes.

The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is that it came with no radish, no dipping sauce, nothing on the side.

For $14 for a small order, I’d expect at least some radish, I’d also give up a few pieces of chicken for radish.

Also, it’s definitely more of a take-out spot — the covered patio is nice but not heated, therefore I ate my food in the car since it was cold.

Overall though, really solid food and an easy 4-star meal.“

“This small spot would be bustling with street traffic from the local Mount Vernon government staff at lunch to the barrage of kids getting out of school needing a snack if it were not for COVID. According to local long timers, this place has been around for a while. On recommendation I tried the grilled chicken and rice platter. The chicken was fresh, hot, juicy and tender with fluffy seasoned rice underneath and a cool basic lettuce and tomato salad off to the side. All packed neatly in a styrofoam carry out box. The cucumber sauce is worth requesting extra on the side. You'll thank me later. The owner seems to always be there and is quite personable. There's also a little Jamaican booth right inside the store. They seem to stay having business. I hope both spots can withstand the effects of the city shutdown and lack of customers. I'd hate to see them close like many of their neighbors.“

“I have been to many Chic’s and this is my first crispy nugget experience. Mia my cashier ensured crispness and she did not lie . This was the best Dang chic Fil A I’ve ever had. Thank you for a delicious experience. It was so good I ate my whole box of 30 on the car I shared with no one and ate every nugget. “I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It’s take out only, but of course guests can use the mall’s dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short.

The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times.

The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP.“
