“Hands down my favorite Korean Fried Chicken joint in New Jersey. The Pelicana at PP delivers the most consistent sauce flavor and portion size among all other KFC places in my opinion. In addition, they always run promos which significantly helps the wallet. I’ve never eaten at the restaurant but it has the typical KFC vibes, fun, good music, with plenty of booze. About to place my weekly order here!“

“The Nagasaki Champon is our new favorite. My wife and I had a very pleasant Sunday dinner. Haven’t had a meal this good in a long time. We were supposed to have dinner here some few weeks ago but the Fort Lee-Pal Park traffic congestion gets really bad. Last time we were here was in 2021!!. Now we can’t wait to go back. We also had the Salmon Roll and Yakitori Chicken, Pork, Beef and Mushroom wrapped in Bacon.“

It’s been a tough few months for her and i wanted to make sure she gets her wish. So yesterday morning I called kudos. Asked when they will close for the day. They said 10pm. We scheduled all our plans in such a way that at 9pm we go and get the much anticipated bubble tea. At 9 my husband, son and daughter headed out to kudos… only to find that they have closed at 7 for a private event. This is my back story. On the other side of the story… which probably has its own back story… Cherie the owner had shut the bakery as her daughter wanted to celebrate with her friends and family. As a mother myself I can totally understand that. When she saw my family she informed them that they are closed. But when she heard we had called in morning and saw my daughters dejected face… she opened her doors. Made a quick bubble tea and even gave some extra cookies as a New Years treat. My kids came back so happy saying “mommy it was a holiday miracle!” Thank you Kudo Society Cafe. For providing us one last 2022 miracle. Thank you Cherie for understanding. We have been Kudos patrons since it was at palisades park but now we are die hard advocating neighbors of yours. Ps: pic of the cookie treat. My son ate the red velvet on way home.“

“I ordered it for delivery a few times, and the taste of the sauce and seasoning were just right for my taste, so I plan to order it again.

-What I liked the most were Nanjawans and Yoo Sanseul. The Yusanseul was delicious as it came out exactly as I expected, and the Nanjawanse was a bit perplexed by its appearance as the individual pieces of meat were more round-shaped than I expected, but the sticky meat inside and soft texture on the outside went well with the sauce. I enjoyed it.
-I didn't enjoy the Jjajangmyeon and Kkanpunggi as much as I did, but since I live about an hour away from delivery, I think there was nothing I could do physically to prevent the noodles from going bad or the batter from becoming mushy.“

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! “We were celebrating a birthday with a group of six and the food was absolutely delicious! My personal favorites were the Soy Butter Bigoli, Mochi Bombolocini, Scallop, Rigatoni, and the Apple Pie. Most of the food was amazing. The service was fantastic – everyone was so attentive, helpful, and friendly. The atmosphere is super relaxed. I really loved the Umami in the Kenmare cocktail.“

“I highly recommend this restaurant! The food is amazing! You must try the buffalo wings if you love your dishes with a spicy kick and the buffalo cauliflower bites that simply melt in your mouth! The Chef's V Steak is a rich and flavorful you should try it. The service is wonderful and the ambiance is very trendy.“

“I've eaten a LOT of pancakes over the years -- I think I lost count at the age of 5 or so. Some of those pancakes have been just OK, and some of them have been pretty good -- even great on occasion.

However, when my wife and I were in NYC a couple weekends ago to visit our daughter, I experienced something new:

The BEST pancake of my life.

I don't know exactly how Chloe figured out how to accomplish this feat -- especially for a vegan pancake -- and I don't really care. All I know is if I lived in NYC, I would be eating that stack of cinnamon swirl pancakes -- slathered in maple butter and syrup -- at least once EVERY weekend, maybe twice.

They are that good.

Chloe had an iced maple walnut coffee thing on the menu too, and it was amazing. Next trip to NYC, my wife and daughter and I will be setting up camp at Chloe. And if they're lucky, we might even invite some of our daughter's friends.“

“A fully vegan Korean restaurant situated right in the heart of Manhattan?! My west coast heart is pounding in jealousy and longing to return once again. It's often very hard to find restaurants that serve fully vegan Korean food so the fact that this exists is truly special. A lot of items will be vegetarian at best so to be able to have an extensive menu to order from is a treat. My friends and I came here for lunch and were seated fairly quickly in their hip restaurant. I ordered a couple of things: - Combination Pancakes consisting of sweet corn cilantro, scallion & spicy kimchi offerings. This was their take on traditional Korean jeon and I didn't realize they'd bring out so many small pieces for the table. My favorite was definitely the sweet corn cilantro. - Crispy Korean Chili Tofu Lunch Special, which included a soup and salad of the day as well as two additional banchan (including a pancake!) The tofu was fried to sweet perfection and the chili sauce was top notch. There ended up being more than enough food just from this alone. I hope this spot sticks around because I'll certainly be coming back to fill my Korean cravings without needing to play around with the menu at other restaurants. “Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

“This place is absolutely amazing. No one needs to tell you that but what’s really cool is that my wife and I went and I’ve been drying out this September but still wanted an experience of trying a bunch of craft cocktails. They killed it. Every drink was so cool and I even bought one of the bottles (photo). It’s just super cool for a place this famous and established to still have a commitment to service so high they’ll cater to some clown who wants to explore off-menu, zero proof cocktails. It seems that nearly everything is prepared to order, and as a result if coming here you should be prepared to possibly wait longer than most restaurants for your food to be ready.
I do wish there was a way for the restaurant to communicate this to avoid problems with new customers who may be expecting quicker service.“

“First, I need to preface this was a Thanksgiving dinner. It is almost always the case that holiday dinners (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve etc) there is a usual penalty the diner takes in quality and elevated price. It is not a criticism of Empire Steak House, just how things work in the industry to set the context.\n\nWith that stated and considered, the overall meal was better than I expected. My only real criticism regarding the food was the pumpkin soup was a little thin. \n\nWe each had filet mignon. They were well prepared and of good quantity and quality. Staff were accommodating and friendly. We even received a little complimentary port after dessert, which was a nice gesture. \n\nWe had the set Thanksgiving menu which gave you multiple choices for starter, principal plate, and dessert. We had the pumpkin soup and calamari to start (see prior comments on the soup. The fried calamari was fine). We both found the vegetables well prepared that went with our steaks. For dessert, the pumpkin pie was tasty and well portioned along with the sorbet.\n\nIn addition to the above food, we had three glasses of wine. The total price with tax and 20% tip was $365. All in all this was a good value. We may return. Even though we generally don't go out for steak very often, this may be a safer bet in the theater district since the ingredients at Empire Steak House seem to be of good quality and charming service.“

“Went here with my non-vegan brother for breakfast and we loved it! My brother lives nearby and he said he would definitely come back on his own for lunch, too which consider a huge compliment. We both got breakfast burritos and they were delicious. I do wish there was some kind of salsa option but the chipotle mayo was really tasty with it. It was very difficult to choose what to get because the whole menu sounds incredible. I was worried the food would be too heavy but there's a large selection of healthier looking options as well. And even the burritos were stuffed with fresh veggies which was a nice surprise. I also got a green smoothie (forget the name) with soy milk that was pretty nice“
