“This is my go to place when I have a large group to entertain. Our server was great and very professional but very personable as well. I ordered a coconut mojito and it was literally a glass of ice with a drop of coconut and a sugar stick that had seen better days. I told our server it was terrible and I got another one it was still awful and I couldn't drink it. It was very disappointing since I've had them before and they were good. Our food was great and we celebrated my friend's birthday with a special dessert . They need a new bartender those drinks were terrible! I shouldn't had to pay for those drinks but I was charged anyway. I'll have to think twice about going back“

“Came in last week to try Haitian food for the first time. A coworker from Haiti recommended this restaurant specifically.I got the oxtail stew and it was amazing. Tender meat in a flavorful sauce. And it comes with a weeks worth of delicious rice and beans, Plantains and baked mac to boot.Stopped in today for the fried pork and it was the best food I've had in a long time. Love the spicy pikliz!The restaurant itself is small with a few tables but has an extremely warm welcoming feel. Staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever seen.“

“My opinion is 8.7/10. Is it the best Jamaican beef patty I've ever had? No but overall our place that makes handmade Jamaican beef patties with a good overall flavor I recommend it. “Visited this place while in the city, and the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the stew chicken really really good but what took the cake was the owner giving me a free sample of her pea soup. It was so good I had to order a full bowl! The Irish Sea Moss drink was deli’s and smelled as good as it tasted. Thank you for the great customer service and delicious food. Since I didn't have much experience, I asked Aiyana for recommendations on how much food (with variety) to feed all the guests. She was so patient and helpful throughout the process. “I have recently participated in an event catered by La Flor and oh my god, their food was delicious! I must admit that when the trays were opened, I thought to myself 'hmmm, whatever - these are some basics (pastas, eggplant, meatballs, beans)' but then I tried some and came back for seconds... and then thirds! Everything was amazing, properly seasoned and oh so tasteful. I have not been to the restaurant itself but it is now on my 'target' list for homey, comfort foods. Highly recommend their catering!“

“First time going. It was late on the weekend. Everything is made fresh daily so there was a few things that they didn't have. We got the curry chicken and curry goat, also a few beef pies. Everything was fantastic. The portions were bigger than I expected. Very happy with this p place. Will go again, just earlier next time.“
