“Had the best dining experience at Eddie V's! They were extremely accommodating and a very pleasant staff (especially our waiter Jason).

Basically there was an error in my order and without complaining or making a big deal about it the chef, manager and waiter went above and beyond to correct and make the situation right.

The customer service was impeccable and I would definitely come back to dine at Eddie V's!

Also I know they are known for seafood dishes, but the steak was delicious and NEXT LEVEL!“

“The trout is the best in the area. The servers can be unprofessional and rude. When asked to tie back their hair, the request was refused. A nonsense response of not required was insulting. As an experienced service trainer, the hair in question should have been restraining. Health department requirements override a servers vain attitude.“

“We have been to Seasons 52 in Paramus on a number of occasions, and it is consistently a pleasant dining experience! The food is always very good, and the service is pleasant, courteous, and very efficient. On this most recent visit, it was my birthday, and the restaurant provided some additional features, which made my birthday celebration extra special!“

“Emily was an excellent waitress—kind, attentive, and clearly very skilled at her job. Her service was outstanding and made the experience enjoyable. Overall, everything was quite good. The Tomahawk for two had great flavor, though it was a bit fatty in several areas. As a thoughtful touch, Emily even offered me a dessert to go, which I really appreciated. As for the sides, the mashed potatoes could have been better—they didn't seem freshly made—and the mac & cheese could've used a bit more attention to bring out its full potential.“

“I came here last December a week before Christmas with my co-workers and bosses. It was a company dinner. We had a 5:15pm reservation. We were quickly seated and explained how the meal process works. Basically, there is a buffet area for salads, pasta, breads, cured meats, cheeses, and such. Then there are waiters who go around with different meats that they slice into your plate. I love the concept. It gave me an opportunity to try many different meat they had to offer. I only went to the buffet area once because I didn't want to full up with carbs. There were a few things that were passed around that weren't meat but still worth getting. The grilled cheese with honey was one of them. Holy cow! I never had that before, and I was blown away. I was already getting full by the time they came around with that. So I was only able to eat one. The only negative thing about the experience was the lighting. The dining area we sat was too dark for my liking. Half of the table can see their plate compared to the other half. Next time I come here, I will ask for the opening seating area.“

“This is my go to place when I have a large group to entertain. Our server was great and very professional but very personable as well. I ordered a coconut mojito and it was literally a glass of ice with a drop of coconut and a sugar stick that had seen better days. I told our server it was terrible and I got another one it was still awful and I couldn't drink it. It was very disappointing since I've had them before and they were good. Our food was great and we celebrated my friend's birthday with a special dessert . They need a new bartender those drinks were terrible! I shouldn't had to pay for those drinks but I was charged anyway. I'll have to think twice about going back“

“I had placed an order online for drive thru pick up. The store manager or the district manager at the window had told me that it would be a slight wait time as there were no tenders left. I didn’t mind as I understood that things run out at times. I had waited about 10 minutes and the manager brought out the food to the car. They made up for the wait by throwing in some extra tenders. I wasn’t in a rush but I definitely appreciate the initiative and courtesy. This location has been great the previous times I stopped by and they are by far the best Popeyes in the area. Wishing success for the location!“
