“The trout is the best in the area. The servers can be unprofessional and rude. When asked to tie back their hair, the request was refused. A nonsense response of not required was insulting. As an experienced service trainer, the hair in question should have been restraining. Health department requirements override a servers vain attitude.“

“First time entering this location actually, the waitress Lakaiya I believe that was her name was very nice and helpful, food and service was great, and of course, my favorite appetizers are the "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" now, as for the ambience and overall environment of the restaurant, it has a low key vibe and very inviting, has a warm feel to it, the waiters and waitresses try their best to provide their services for their customers, as well as the chefs that cook and prepare their food, I do recommend this location though, I also like the music selection on the radio's overhead, nicely done...“

“Delicious! We had an amazing experience here as a party of 7 (4 kids, 3 adults) to celebrate my dad's birthday. The meats (I had the pork chop, my dad the vineyard chicken) were cooked to perfection....juicy and tender. My favorite part was that the kids meals came with green beans! Finally, something other than a beige kids menu. And no chicken fingers. My kids were forced to diversify, and they loved every bite. They had the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and burger. Great family-friendly option for a classy dining experience.“

“Oh what a night! Our greeting from the hostesses to our waiter Roger was top notch service. It was my birthday and anniversary dinner with my husband and it did not disappoint. From the caesar salad French onion soup to the stuffed chicken, New York strip and garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was so flavorful and fabulous right down to our drinks. I had the blueberry mojito and my husband had the lemon drop martini. Roger also brought us out a special plate with a mini cheesecake and berries for our anniversary which was a perfect ending to our experience. Thanks everyone for making it so special. “I felt like I wasn't even there. I took my daughter and grandson there for Thanksgiving dinner and the servers kept skipping our table. They went next to us behind us and on the other side of us but kept skipping us with the good meats. My daughter had to ask for the lamb chops and short ribs. They bought us the short ribs and never bought us the lamb chops. I paid for 3 Full Experiences but did not get the full experience. My daughter said the salad bar was not fresh.“

“I had placed an order online for drive thru pick up. The store manager or the district manager at the window had told me that it would be a slight wait time as there were no tenders left. I didn’t mind as I understood that things run out at times. I had waited about 10 minutes and the manager brought out the food to the car. They made up for the wait by throwing in some extra tenders. I wasn’t in a rush but I definitely appreciate the initiative and courtesy. This location has been great the previous times I stopped by and they are by far the best Popeyes in the area.
