“I went with a group of friends for my birthday last night. It was AMAZING. The service was great, everyone was so friendly. The place itself was so clean and cute, really cool vibe. The Apps were great, Hush Puppies and Fried Calamari, yum. I did a make-your-own Seafood Boil. OH MY GOD. The New Zealand Mussels, King Crab and Dungeness Crab was out of this world in the Cajun Butter Sauce. I HIGHLY recommend this spot and will be going back.“

“They just revamped their menu and I’m all here for it! My favorites were the rice noodle rolls wrapped with tofu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and preserved radish, Thai beef stew and the Panang short ribs. The beef stew was SO tender and collagen rich, literally every bite was melt in your mouth. Short ribs, also as expected, tender and flavorful. The Thai ice cream was a perfect finish - sweet toppings, cold coconut ice cream, warm pandan sticky rice - all different flavors and textures but all work together in harmony.“

“We hadn't been to Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare in a while, and the staff remembered what we ordered last time. That tells you about the level of service and the management behind it, not just the food.

Marc and Max are cooking at a level that earns every star — fifteen courses and the execution never slipped once. The Hokkaido uni with king crab and geoduck was my favorite bite of the night. And the dessert was to die for — not one but two, the tropical refresher and then the Fujisan bread with soy caramel and Japanese whiskey. Leave some room. This is what a Michelin restaurant is supposed to feel like.“

“After eating so much (pizza etc )we needed to eat something different, spicy and booked this gem,as it as near to our hotel. It was also our 40th wedding anniversary. We are from U.K. This was amazing perfectly cooked tasty home made authentic Indian cuisine. We had mocktails ( lavender was refreshing ). The tandoori lamb chops x4 were full meat seasoned beautifully and delicious. All other sides perfect too. Now in U.K. we hate restaurant Indian puddings they are usually bought in and awful/failure. After finding out the chef is the owner and a recipient Michelin star we were convinced to stay,try and this was the first time we have had authentic home made puddings; try Kulfi with rose water & also Indian rice pudding. The whole meal was exceptional great value and we will recommend this restaurant to anyone else visiting New York. Easy to find off Times Square /Broadway. “We started going to this restaurant just last year and our server at that time Alexis really took great care of us. Ever since then we fell in love with the place. We always requested for Alexis but last night we had a different server named Eric and he was also very great and very attentive. The host stand, server, and the manager really made my boyfriend and I 9 year anniversary dinner special and we couldn't be any happier. The food was amazing and we always get the 22 oz prime bone in ribeye and the truffled Mac and cheese and it has been our go to meal and of course they have the most amazing oysters! They have a great variety of specialty drinks and wines that pairs very well with the food. This is a very highly recommended place and they have gained new regulars!“

Their standard breakfast with eggs and toast and beans had bacon which I cannot consume, and they had no options for mushrooms or something else, I had to add it extra, even though the bacon would not be served, which I found to be un flexible and unfavorable for vegetarians“

“Docks is an institution! I am so glad it is still around and going strong. 40 years ago I used to hang out there after work to unwind and socialize with my colleagues. We were young and loved the energy the place exuded. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting up with a new colleague for happy hour and it did not disappoint. I especially love their lobster bisque—creamy, smooth, rich and really satisfying. After walking around Manhattan all day, it hits the spot perfectly.

“Very nice and busy place a little wait for the table which meant missing the happy hour starters. Waitress was very stern and to point but service was good. Lots of inside and outside seating and the place was generally very clean and tidy. Had a drink at the bar to start and the bar tender was very friendly and helpful. All in all a good place to visit if you are up near the natural history museum and or you like fish.“
