“Happy hour chef's choice oysters and the rainbow ceviche were delish—especially the ceviche with the passion fruit miso sauce! Parker rolls were mediocre. Hush puppies were yummy with a lil spice to them. Aperol spritz= refreshing. Our server Stacey was great!“

“We lived in nyc for 30 years. Recently moved to DE. God only knows how much we miss the nyc culture. Nothing holds a candle to it. “The best Korean cold noodle in Manhattan—and maybe all of NYC! They’re Pyongyang-style cold noodles served in a mild, delicate broth. The noodles have a high buckwheat content. I would rank them alongside some of the top-tier, authentic cold noodle houses in South Korea. A little more generous amount of garnish would be great, though.
Hwangtae hot noodles come in a clean, delicate, yet flavorful broth, finished with fresh perilla oil. I could tell high-quality ingredients (pollock and perilla oil) were used.
I truly enjoyed them. The sides and appetizers were high quality as well. I would visit this place again.“

“They just revamped their menu and I’m all here for it! My favorites were the rice noodle rolls wrapped with tofu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and preserved radish, Thai beef stew and the Panang short ribs. The beef stew was SO tender and collagen rich, literally every bite was melt in your mouth. Short ribs, also as expected, tender and flavorful. The Thai ice cream was a perfect finish - sweet toppings, cold coconut ice cream, warm pandan sticky rice - all different flavors and textures but all work together in harmony.“

“Had gone for an early evening catch-up meeting with a friend. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Great selection of wines and even better was the 'art of recommending' the right wine. We accomobied the wine and discussions with Sushil unrolled and Chicory salad, both tastes great and were the right size for 2.
Place has a certain energy about it that add to having great conversations at the restaurant.“

“We hadn't been to Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare in a while, and the staff remembered what we ordered last time. That tells you about the level of service and the management behind it, not just the food.
Marc and Max are cooking at a level that earns every star — fifteen courses and the execution never slipped once. The Hokkaido uni with king crab and geoduck was my favorite bite of the night. And the dessert was to die for — not one but two, the tropical refresher and then the Fujisan bread with soy caramel and Japanese whiskey. Leave some room. This is what a Michelin restaurant is supposed to feel like.“

“After eating so much (pizza etc )we needed to eat something different, spicy and booked this gem,as it as near to our hotel. It was also our 40th wedding anniversary. We are from U.K. This was amazing perfectly cooked tasty home made authentic Indian cuisine. We had mocktails ( lavender was refreshing ). The tandoori lamb chops x4 were full meat seasoned beautifully and delicious. All other sides perfect too. Now in U.K. we hate restaurant Indian puddings they are usually bought in and awful/failure. After finding out the chef is the owner and a recipient Michelin star we were convinced to stay,try and this was the first time we have had authentic home made puddings; try Kulfi with rose water & also Indian rice pudding. The whole meal was exceptional great value and we will recommend this restaurant to anyone else visiting New York. Easy to find off Times Square /Broadway. Thanks for the rendition “ congratulations “ for our 40th. You are great ! A little gem of authenticity in big New York !“

“Being out-of-towners, we had not heard about this place and rather stumbled upon it at the perfect time, when serendipity met hunger. What a place. Elegant without being overstated in the slightest, scrumptious food and great wine options. Impeccable service. Yes, it is expensive but I have been to higher priced places that left me wanting. Not Milos. Will be from now on, a must on every visit to NY.“

“A really creative brunch selection in the food tasted good. Their standard breakfast with eggs and toast and beans had bacon which I cannot consume, and they had no options for mushrooms or something else, I had to add it extra, even though the bacon would not be served, which I found to be un flexible and unfavorable for vegetarians“

“Honestly, such a great experience at Captain Loui’s! The manager and the waiters were amazing and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. They were super friendly, attentive and made sure everything was good throughout our whole meal. The food was also SO good everything was fresh, flavorful and came out perfectly. You can really tell the staff cares about the customers and wants everyone to have a good experience. We had such a nice time here and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!“

“Docks is an institution! I am so glad it is still around and going strong. 40 years ago I used to hang out there after work to unwind and socialize with my colleagues. We were young and loved the energy the place exuded. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting up with a new colleague for happy hour and it did not disappoint. The bar is exactly how I remembered it and the happy hour prices plus the quality of the food made me well---happy! I shall return but much sooner next time :-)“

“Luke’s Lobster at Rockefeller Center is one of my favourite stops for a quick snack before calling it a day. 🦞
I especially love their lobster bisque—creamy, smooth, rich and really satisfying. After walking around Manhattan all day, it hits the spot perfectly.
