“We started going to this restaurant just last year and our server at that time Alexis really took great care of us. Ever since then we fell in love with the place. We always requested for Alexis but last night we had a different server named Eric and he was also very great and very attentive. The host stand, server, and the manager really made my boyfriend and I 9 year anniversary dinner special and we couldn't be any happier. The food was amazing and we always get the 22 oz prime bone in ribeye and the truffled Mac and cheese and it has been our go to meal and of course they have the most amazing oysters! They have a great variety of specialty drinks and wines that pairs very well with the food. This is a very highly recommended place and they have gained new regulars!“

“The trout is the best in the area. The servers can be unprofessional and rude. When asked to tie back their hair, the request was refused. A nonsense response of not required was insulting. As an experienced service trainer, the hair in question should have been restraining. Health department requirements override a servers vain attitude.“

If you have never had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, I suggest you run - do not pass go - and get your butt there and eat the most delicous food on this planet. The seafood is fried to perfection - but it could use some salt. If they start making their own tartar sauce and hot sauce, this place is gonna be packed!

Still worth a visit, although I would just stick to the seafood until they start tightening up the sides with more experience cooking soul food staples.

Nick took great care of me during my visit and happily accommodated my special request. “Louie's On The Avenue has been our favorite local restaurant for years ..however last Friday Stephanie and her team knocked it out of the park! with 24 hours notice, they helped plan, decorate, cater and Host our impromptu wedding. “When I want to go outside or I'm working and need to eat I always try to come here if there is no food at home. This place is amazing.

The food is just delicious, for all the plates I ate here never had this "okay" food it is always tasty and yummy. And the price is another plus, 10$ for a lunch meal, 1 entrance (mostlikely soup) 2nd (usually rice with either chicken or pork) and a cup of drink. (Not soda).

And even when buying other than "special lunch" it is quite heavenly.

Conclusion, it is a great place, amazing good, great service. Now, the only bad thing is the parking, if u eating in the morning I guess there is parking at papays since it is pretty close, but in the afternoon, quite dificult, since it is not recommended to park on popeyes.
