“For a moment I wasn't sure if I arrived to the right place because GPS will take you to the Marriot Hotel but dont worry, the bar is inside the hotel on the lobby floor.Friendly staff who were attentive to everyone.I had the Onion soup which was okay but the real treat was the corned beef on Rye.A simple experience I enjoyed.“

For mains it was Beef and Ginger and Prawn Fried Rice, again both excellent. So for 2 starters, 2 mains and 4 drinks it came to 58 euros, even excellenter ?…music choice was a bit different in that it was dance oriented but wasn’t out of place. The menu and the specials were difficult to choose between; our waiter knew every detail of the preparation, and it all sounded appetizing. Finally we opted for our usual favorites: a Spring Roll appetizer, basa filet in a clay pot, and tempura-fried soft-shell crab. The basa was delicious with a dark, caramelized sauce and tender, sweet filets. The crab was meaty and crisp, served on a bed of greens and cilantro. They have brick walls in the inside which don't absorb sound. It gets loud when crowded, which makes conversation a challenge. Something to consider if that's important you. Also, live music can be very loud. I wish they'd dial the volume down a tad on their speakers.“

The bartender was very nice, place was clean, and it seemed like the local bar every native goes to CONS: The owner was a tad mean to us and they only have hot dogs there that they overcook. It's also cramped inside OVERALL: Not my go-to place for the night but I do recommend coming in every now and then just to see if its active with people“

That can be a big issue with some places. 15$ cut fee at first was questionable but i get it, its nice not to have a bunch of bums coming in and not spending just to smoke. “Excellent music and cocktails are skillfully made with the right touch. The prices are reasonable and establishment is very well kept. I have a great time when I visit this establishment. Parking in the area could be a little difficult at times but the Lodge is in the process of paving the lot. I would say if your the kind of person who doesn't like getting up and going out by yourself, then you may want to call someone. Personally, there have been times I have went alone and had a great time as well going with someone.“

The bartender, Dandre, greeted me with a huge smile and a pleasantly upbeat attitude. We spoke at the bar the entire time and he made sure I was consistently attended to. I ordered a fishbowl, which was not only delicious, but worth every penny! I also got the Cajun low country boil extra hot. It was well seasoned but very spicy, so if you don’t like spicy I recommend getting the medium level.(BONUS) The food was delivered on a robot!Overall 10/10 experience. “I've been here a couple times for different things, a drink, a night out, and a couple showers. The place is perfect for a smaller shower. They have a buffet option that allows for a brunch option. Their food is delicious, especially their breakfast potato & onion option. They also have waffles, fresh made pancakes and omelets, pasta, chicken, a carving station, and more. Would recommend hosting something here but again, it's limited spacing.“
