“I was in the fifth Avenue and bumped into this Boba tea/coffee shop.. it was morning and I wanted to have a fresh coffee. Went through the menu and wanted to try the tiramisu latte… great location very close to Empire State and other things.. The interiors was actually very good… it was huge and there were a few tables to sit and drink.. service was also good..

Pricing was OK.. was about 8 to 9 dollars for a latte, including tips.. slightly higher than regular coffee shops, but good for once in a while, flavored coffee.. tiramisu latte was actually very good.. He did put some small quantity of rum on it and it tasted so good… also tried taro boba and it was good . Looks like a Taiwan based coffee shop… it was surely different and refreshing.. good experience.. 4 stars ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐“

- Flavor: Fair selection available. I get Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea. The tea has nice hints of bitterness. Texture-wise, more like a tea diluted with milk than the creaminess of an incorporated milk tea.
- Boba: Lower amount of Boba. Although the Boba has nice elasticity, they're too small so you can usually only chew once.
- Price: An average bubble tea (7$ overall, 2026) compared to what I consider the average price (7-8$)
- Overall - it takes the average up a notch for an overall nice bubble tea but doesn't have the kind of pull that would make me go out of my way to get one.

- Extra - They also serve ice cream and have an extended store area which would be fine for quick hangouts.“

“I always have a great experience at Gong Cha, and Yash is a big reason why. He’s friendly, patient, and consistently makes my drinks really well. Somehow, he always gets the balance just right — the tea flavor, sweetness, milk, and toppings all come together in the perfect ratio. The tea used in the milk tea is pleasantly strong but can sometimes be a bit watery instead of a smooth milk tea. Seasonal flavors tend to be hit or miss. Because the teas can be hit or miss, you'll likely default to a couple drinks you like rather than want to experiment too often.
- Boba: Generous amount of Boba with a pleasantly elastic chew. The boba rarely clump which make for a pleasant drink experience but the sweetness of the boba can cause a sweet drink to be a bit too sweet. Regardless, the boba has a nice inherent flavor.
- Price: Meets what I consider the average price (7-8$, 2025).
- Overall - A very solid bubble tea place that I have been frequenting for several years when in the area. It is a nice bubble tea for regular visits but doesn't quite set the standard for a bubble tea shop you'd actively go out of the way for.
