“Ok this review is in 2 parts.1st: I can only say the meal that was prepared was spot on. The General Tso Chicken and steamed dumplings were fantastic with just enough spice and heat that I can only wish other Chinese restaurants could replicate.2nd: Because I'm only visiting the area for work and not a local, I really felt I was on the wrong side of the tracks where this restaurant was located. And I visited during the daylight hours.Will I order again..... sure. It was that tasty.“

“Fast delivery, delicious food, and free food! My daughter ordered as a homework assignment for help with shyness ..they were very patient and kind. My child was so excited to find they gave us an extra platter for free for 'such a good order'. Everything was delicious but I especially liked how the rice and pork wasn't too greasy. Well done..will order from here again.“

“Great Chinese food for the area. We were definitely pleasantly surprised. The beef on a stick was awesome. I did not like the cheesesteak egg roll or the egg drop wonton soup. Everything was either at or above par for Chinese food. We will more than likely return again. Egg roll was really good too. The crispy noodles were really great as a little starter. Our service was awesome, everyone was very friendly.“

“Spare Ribs Platter is slammin', and steamed dumplings are great too! Egg rolls are solid. Sweet and Chicken's good. Also recommend the vegatable mai fun!!

There is a small wait after 6 pm, but the cooking staff are fast, and the woman at the front is a wizard. She cooks, answers phones, yells at the guys on occasion, and moves like LIGHTNING!

“We got sesame chicken and sweet & sour chicken both with pork fried rice. The sesame chicken was crisp with just enough sauce and the sweet & sour chicken was so crunchy! The rice is flavorful with tender bits of pork and chunks of onion that were the perfect texture. The shrimp and pork rolls were golden brown and I wish I got more honestly. First time going; I heard about it from a friend at work. I definitely plan on going back and trying more!“

“I went about 2 months ago hadn't been there in years for chitterlings.
We ordered a bucket that was $200 it was worth it. The same way I used to just bring them home and cook them a little longer with the seasonings you like. They were clean so I didn't have to do all that hard work. My chitterlings were perfect“

“The best Chinese food in Wilmington, Delaware!!!!!! I get the fried gizzards and fried rice!! You don't have to add anything to it for flavor!! Egg foo, general TSO, rib tips and lo mien are some of my faves!!!if you want a burger they make them as well!! ( they don't use those little salad shrimp) Prices are affordable!!!!“

“Visiting family in the area and our first time ordering from Golden Garden. Ordered 4 dinners including beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, lo mein, and egg rolls. Food was ready in about 20 minutes. Our dinners were good, but the egg rolls were really greasy.“

“I get take out from here regularly. The house lo mein is really good and full of flavor. The Wonton soup lacks a little flavor in the broth but the dumplings are good.

“So I go to mimi's teriyaki all the time for their boba!! They have the best green tea around!! I usually get sushi from them, But today was the first time i've ever tried a bento box, And let me say they did a great job!! Everything was absolutely delicious! I got the chicken teriyaki with white rice 2 Spring rolls.2 chicken dumplings a 4 piece, California roll and a small salad. It was enough for 2 meals, and again it was spot on! Will be getting more bento boxes in the future!“

“4 stars based off of portion size...and fresh chicken and rice...Nice sized portions... The general and sesame chicken was tender and cooked perfectly.. not overcooked at all... Tasted a little bland in flavor... So could have used just a little more sauce... Other than that they tasted alright... The pork fried rice... Was good... You can tell it was actually fresh for once... The chicken lo mein noodles... Were a little sticky... But they were edible and ok... The egg roll I believe may have been stale or refried... Im not sure.. but it tasted like grease... And we just trashed those.. they were no good... The homemade teas were sweet and delicious...I guess I would recommend this spot.. but honestly im not even sure... This may be a hit or miss type of spot... Good luck“

“The best fried rice I have ever had!!! I always order the same thing. I order 4 wings with fried rice add egg. Their rice comes with onion only(no veggies) -which is perfect for me because that's the way I like it. When I tell you that rice is something to talk about, hunnyyyy!!!! I'm not a dry rice eating person AT ALL. I ALWAYS need some type of gravy or the sauce from my beans over ANY rice I eat. Not this rice!! This rice (and wings) is perfect as is. It doesn't need soy, duck, hot sauce, ketchup(wings). All you need is a fork. Seasoned just right. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it but they're closed today 😒 I've had their shrimp lo mein, beef rib tips and egg foo young and my son gets the general tsos and they were all yummy as well“

“I can’t lie. The exterior of the building is a bit intimidating. However, the vegetable eggrolls were immaculate. I haven’t had eggrolls like that since I moved and I had a vegetable soup which was freshly made, and it was delicious. Also, I had a vegetable lo mein very well seasoned and sauced well. The chicken wings were well seasoned. over all a great buy“

“First time visit. Our old Chinese food takeout location has changed owners and we've been on the search for a replacement. Ordered online for pickup. We tried the pork fried rice, pork lo mein and spicy chicken with mixed vegetables. All the items had a great flavor and I would definitely recommend this location for Chinese takeout. “Didn't go in person, we ordered online. Food was delivered 30 minutes EARLY, we were amazed! Everything was delicious; it all tasted freshly made (vs. stuff that's been on the stove for hours.) The chicken in the chicken-fried-rice tasted like REAL chicken. I could taste all the vegetables in my Shrimp with Chinese vegetables dish. (Very often those things are basically tasteless if they've been simmering too long). All in all a very nice surprise. Glad they've re-opened.“

“Best Fried Rice! It’s actually fried…not yellow rice! The fried rice is old school! This yellow rice crap has conditioned people into thinking that’s fried rice and it’s not! The general tos chicken is amazing! The Sesame chicken is crazy good! They literally give you two fresh chicken breasts. Especially if you get the white meat version. The Mongolian Beef is probably one of the most tastiest and tender beef you’ve ever tried! This is our go to spot for Chinese, it’s a little pricey but Real Chinese isn’t cheap! You actually get quality here. The Lo Mein & Singapore Noodles are also amazing!!! I don’t know what most of these other reviewers are expecting but maybe their used to the slop houses lol.“

“This is a takeout restaurant with one or two small tables. You are warmly greeted by a young man who confirms your order by your last four digits of your telephone number. Very courteous and professional. Although I ordered by phone I still had to wait about 5 minutes but that's reasonable. The food was hot. I ordered hot and sour soup and shrimp in lobster sauce. Because it was a combination platter I ordered it with vegetable fried rice and it comes with an egg roll. Everything was super yummy.
