“My wife works in the area and after passing it every day decided to give it a chance. We tried a Philly dog and a Detroit Coney at the cashier's suggestions, and both were cooked perfectly! They weren't stingey with the portion sizes and toppings either. Good food at a good price with fantastic customer service, will definitely be back for more.“

“Huge fan, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Johnny Hot’s, until today 8/30/24. I was supposed to have just pork roll on a steak roll with spicy mustard, no egg and no cheese. The pork roll is usually cut very thin with a nice braise on it. It had egg & cheese on it. The egg & cheese were warm the meat was cool, no grill color to it. By the time I took the egg & cheese off there was hardly any pork roll, very disappointed. It was “no change” Friday, so I gave my apprentice 15 dollars for a sandwich I couldn’t even eat.“

Unfortunately we got there too late for food (New Years Day)and they were just closing but them made me hot chocolate (We were watching the end of the Mummer's Parade and needed to get warmed up). “I have celiac disease and was at a medical conference in the conference center above Reading Market. Having celiac disease makes dining out that conference is an adventure. The staff were very helpful courteous. The food came quickly and was hot. I would recommend trying a corn dog as well as the poutine.“

“stopped today been here several times before. I just picked up some bagels and whitefish salad. I think they sold me day old bagels. They were horrible fell apart when I cut it and barley had any poppy or everything season on them. So disappointed and I went in at 930 when they opened.“

“There are 2 reasons I deducted a star:
1. Price - They are a bit on the expensive side, although everything on the menu is excellent.
2. Fries - The fries are good but too greasy. By the time I got home, the grease from the fries leaked through the paper bag and onto my clothes.
However, all that aside, the staff are super friendly, professional, and courteous. The burgers melt in your mouth!!! Superb! I am addicted to these darn things! Lol!

“Yes I am reviewing a hamburger restaurant.Never dreamed I’d do it; but, Shake Shack is worth a review! I didn’t t have dinner at home ‘cause I had to start for Dead & Co at Phillies stadium. Figured I’d get something safe to eat there and hold my stomach quiet. I saw Shake Shack. Never been. And decided to try it. Burger, lettuce and tomato, hold the cheese. Hold the “special” sauce!That burger was really good. Nice cook. I did see a griddle so these bad boys are not like flame grilled. The burger was slightly larger than the bun which I liked cause who wants to OD on bread. Nice, fresh lettuce and tomato. All groovy. The crinkle cut fries were nice and crispy without being greasy or over salted. That meal hit the spot! And you know it was around $16 which is a little excessive except when you understand you’re in a stadium where highway robbery is perfectly legal. A bottle of water is $5.So Shake Shack is for real in my view. I would go in again for a replay on that burger and fries.Well I can’t give a hamburger joint a 5, can I?But I say Shake Shack is at the top of the hamburger food chain! Yes. It is. Go get ‘em.PS Dead & Co were about as good as they get last night! Thanks, Bobby!!!“

“Bubby’s is the definition of a great hole-in-the-wall spot for food. A cash-only sandwich place, Bubby’s brisket sandwiches are up there with top-tier cheesesteaks and hoagies. If brisket isn’t your thing, the rest of the menu offers Philly classics like cheesesteaks, chicken cheesesteaks, and the like. Use the ATM at the deli next door and buy yourself a brisket sandwich; you won’t regret it!

“The best burger I've ever had.
I love the sandwich and fries so much.
I order them almost every weekend.
The only complaint I have is about a situation I witnessed at the location, more specifically at the Grant establishment.
I arrived at the location to pick up my order and there was no one there to serve us.
But that's okay, because we waited patiently because we weren't in a hurry and the lady was in the back cutting some ingredients.
When the lady came back to the front, another employee came to serve us and was extremely rude and impolite to the employee because she was in the back.
I thought it was very unprofessional of the employee to be rude to the employee in front of the customers and speak in a loud voice.
I think that any comment made to an employee should be made in private and not in front of the customers so that the other person feels humiliated.
That was the only thing that disappointed me.
I thought the lady's attitude was unprofessional. But other than that, I love their food and I always order from them.“

“I like to give five star onlyn for the girls they're very nice and friendly I got the hot dog in a pretzel full of cheese but I noticed the hot dog was kind little spoil did not taste good at all I it's been my first time being in his pretzel factory I never been a pretzel factory maybe I'll try the one in New Jersey but Philadelphia I didn't like it they don't taste very good sorry that's the way I feel I love bread so I usually buy pretzels from Subway it's a little expensive but it tastes wonderful and fresh“

“Went here because everywhere else was insanely crowded. I got a chicken cheesesteak and it was quite decent. We also got a side of avocado toast and it tasted fresh. Also got a hot dog with just mustard and it was also good. Overall it was better than we expected it would be.“

“I've been coming to this business for years with my family. My wife and I have had the pleasure of getting to know the staff more then just "hello and goodbye'. I can tell you all day long how they've made my grandchildren's birthdays special. Now, I'm not a facebook guy. I made this account, not only because my wife didn't want to get involved, but because I wasn't going to let some piece of trash on here bash this company and their great staff. These are great people and a lot of us customers know that. “I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“

The shack stack is one of the best burgers I've ever tasted and I will happily eat more every time I return. “I’ve been to this location twice so far and the food has been perfect. On this occasion I was at the front register when an employee that was preparing an order started towards me with his gloves still on to take my order. Another employee stated he would take my order and he immediately took his gloves off so he could work the register. That’s a Five (5) stars in my book. Some places the employees think that those gloves are to be never taken off, touching rags, registers, etc and then touching food. The name on the ticket was James R. Thank you James R!! I also ate in this time and the place was clean.“
“I just worked with Andrew, owner or a Philadelphia Pretzel Factory location and he FedEx shipped me 25 totally incredible pretzels. Or maybe it was the spread that he shipped that was so amazing. But anyways, the pretzels were my first introduction to the rolled and shaped dough of amazing taste. Wow! Thank you all!“

“we've been to Weber's twice this week and they are still keeping up the tradition of some of the best things you can get at a historical pull up drive in. I recommend the pork roll and cheese sandwich, fries and a Black Cow root beer float or the Black And White shake. Today I had a plain hot dog with yellow mustard and fries. Just Right!!! The burgers, cheesesteaks and chicken tenders, all good. The service was super fast and the food was just right. After missing them so much during the WORST of covid and hospital visits, I'm so glad they are back and they're bringing it to you! Don't miss it!“
